I want to be very delicate here in commenting about Sam. She lost her contract when she was hot off the TV show. She got in shape, she had a 3rd child and then she regained her previous physicalness. Sam could have gone to Las Vegas but she didn't work hard enough to keep her weight down. For Sam to get to Vegas, as an example, she might consider getting a physical trainer to keep her in shape so she can make the kind of appearance such as Celine Dion. There is no question that Sam is one of the Greats right up there with Barbra Streisand and Celine. Sending her good thoughts to get in shape----we love Sam and want her to make it to the top with the Great Ones.

You do NOT need to be "in shape" to sing and be great. You simply need a voice that will carry you! Adele is a prime example how to be who you are and NOT to let anyone "mold" you the way they want you to be (and Adele blows Celine away, but in her own way). With that said, I believe that Adele and Sam are very beautiful women and deserve to live how they want to live. @Sam, Stay who you are and never do what others want ... follow your own dreams and not other peoples dreams :-)

The power and range of Sam's voice gives me goose bumps on my goose bumps. When Sam sang Edge of Glory on the show, she showcased her voice and now Sing my Heart Out, really shows it again. Love all the songs she sings. 🎶
