Go through free online tests on sites like proprofs, salesforceben ,etc Relax and be confident in yourself :) Wishing you all the very best for your certification!!

Got a question. in 2:18 time point, should the link start from T1 to Tab 1, or as your presentation, T1 link to Tab 3. Which one is correct could you let me know?

Hi hu, That is a good observation. Its just a representaion where I've represented T1 T2 and T3 as tabs 1 tabs 2 and tabs 3. T1 corresponds to tab 1. T1 is visual representation on how the tab would look on the browser. Basically meaning a tab which is on your browser page is an interface that links you to a underlying object (database)

Hi marte, You can learn salesforce even if you are not a software developer. Having a technical background helps with the developement side of salesforce. But salesforce is much more that that. You can aim at becoming a salesforce Administrator which does not include coding. Going forward you can get certified as a salesforce sales cloud consultant or service cloud consultant or many other different types of roles which are business oriented.
