Head office(HO) aanele Site enna peril ledger unadakkiya mathi. Aadyam site nn advance kodutha poleyum pinne site nte expence site il ninn kodutha poleyum kanicha pore. Eg: (cash frm HO to site) *) site a/c dr. To cash *) (expenses of site treat as) Expense a/c dr. To site 1 I think it is correct

Thank you for your comment. അങ്ങിനേയും ചെയ്യാം. But നമ്മൾ ഒരുമാസത്തെ salary അടുത്ത മാസം അല്ല കൊടുക്കുകയുള്ളു അപ്പോൾ കഴിഞ മാസം expense ആയ salary വരണം. But payment ചെയ്യുന്നില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ടാണ് journalil ചെയ്യുന്നത്.
