Create salary advance deduction payhead. Select" loans and advances" as the pay head type from the list of pay head type

Yes, you can use attendance voucher to enter attendance, overtime, leave, or production details. While creating payhead for wages/salary select calculation type as "on attendnce". Will do a video with deep explanation.
