Regarding employees P.F and ESI madam if an employer has more than 10 employees , the employer should deduct p.f and esic. Madam what is the maximum age limit of an employee for consideration of PF and ESIC deduction from the part of employer .

സാർ ഒരാളുടെ സാലറി 21000 മുകളിൽ എന്നാകുന്നോ ആ സാമ്പത്തിക വർഷം കൂടി മാത്രം ESI ബെനിഫിറ്റ് ലഭിക്കും എന്നാണല്ലോ അപ്പോൾ അത് തുടർന്ന് അടയ്ക്കാൻ സാധിക്കില്ലേ നമുക്ക് കഴിയില്ലേ ....??? അതായത് അറ്റ്ലിസ്റ്റ് 25000 ആകുന്നത് വരെയെങ്കിലും ശരിയ്ക്കും ഈ 21000 എന്നുള്ളത് ഒരു വലിയ തുക അല്ലല്ലോ സാർ 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
