Sir, I'm an ESI member since 2017. On 24th Aug 2022 I met with an accident. My right leg have ligament fracture, left hand had a fracture and undergone a surgery and compression fracture for vertebral bodies. So I was on leave and I could not rejoin to my job for few months. Am I eligible for ESI leave salary during these days?

I have contribution period of 125 days in April to September period, I left job in September , can I get super speciality treatment for dependent ?
