Look, it's not Salafi movement. These are the madkhali and bootlickers. Their movement has only one goal - keep their leaders in power. That is it. Nothing else matters. Whether the leader disobeys Allah SWT, brings kufr into the land, does haram on live tv, it doesn't matter. The madkhalis are basically a tool that the 'leaders' use to keep the muslim ummah divided, and powerless, and to keep their wealth and power intact. I used to believe that salafism made more sense than a madhhab since I'm directly connected with the source Kitab and Sunnah. However, I realized that I was wrong, because being part of a madhab restricts me to follow a well structured and tested system of belief. While salafism opens the door to misguidance and false teachers like we see with these Madkhali, Jami, Wahhabi, etc. In this tumultuous era, we'll never have highly trusted and competent scholars like the Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi'i and Hanbali teachers. That's why following the salafi path is a huge risk to take. There's nothing that forces me to restrict myself to a particular madhhab over the other, but whatever I do or believe in should not err away from one of these four madhhabs. Ibn Taymiyah was Hanbali, so it's unclear to me how things went astray after him.

That's why claiming that people after them, or after Ibn Taymiyah would know better than them how to tap into the source and get better gems than them would be outright arrogance. No one can in our era, as no one could between us and those imams. It was one of Allah's blessings to the ummah to have them at that turning point in history when Islam began spreading and encompassing people of different cultures and languages other than Arabic. No one can do better job than them in our present time., and most of our current problems are stemming from those fake imams who claim to know better. If the Arabian peninsula, the cradle of Islam, have such large number of fake imams like the madkhali and jami, do you thing than any other country would do better?? Return back to those true imams before it's too late.

@@ZicoNadStarr I know what manhaj assalf means, but as I said, no one understood this manhaj better than those four Imams. Then come the Mujadded, who basically study these four madhhab and come up with plausible "corrections" because after all, no imam is infallible. For instance, Ibn Taymiyah was one of those mujadded, but no one can deny that he was mainly a Hanbali, and never called himself a Salafi. He knew his limits and that he could not be better than those four imams in understanding the salaf assalih although he might have been much smarter than them. I follow the Hanbali, but I like certain Maliki jurisprudence principles, but not the way they pray. This does not mean that I strayed away from manhaj assalaf. I just try to save myself from potential misguidedness by false imams, or even my own failures to interpret the source. Another major source of fallacy nowadays is that most imams are paid by their government, i.e. they follow their government's whims like the madkhali and jami. The four imams did not have such problem. After all, in order to study and be fluent in Arabic and Islamic sciences you need a source of income, not easy to have these days without sponsorship. This is where things go ugly most of the times. This does not by any mean indicates that I denigrate our salafi brothers and sisters, but I warn of the possibility that some of them may be misguided without even knowing it, and that they should always use the four mdhahab as a reference. May Allah bless you and guide us all to the best in our dounia and akhira.

Not all Arabs, and not all middle easterners and many people even outside of those spheres support Palestine and Palestinians. Yemen, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Syria, Iraq, and millions upon millions of common people around the world and most young students back them. Unfortunately majority of the world's governments don't, most of the Arab kingdoms don't as well, it's not surprising though, much of their original backing and support was from the west. Salafism ≠ Wahhabism (an invented word to insult people) Salafiyyah:- A Muslim whose source of following is solely based on Quran and Saheeh Ahadith with teachings of salaf-e-saliheen (the three pious generations of Islam-the sahabas prophet ‎ﷺ ,tabi’in and taba’tabi’in. True salafism is losing its essence with rise of a movement called Wahhabism which claimed to represent salafism while deviating to a much extreme form of religion thus garnering hate from people across. The thing is, we are all Muslims as we should be. Don’t use Wahhabi as a derogatory term because wahhab means “the giver” and is a name of Allah SWT, so called someone wahhabi without realising what is means you might fall in shirk. Beware! We are Muslims first and last, there are sects formed but still we are Muslims, some of us are not properly educated but have a good intention, some of us are good in practice but not educated, some of us are educated but with bad intention, some of us are educated and practising with political interests. We don’t know who is true or not so we must refrain from labelling others until and unless it is as clear as water and oil. I advice Muslims to talk to people with other madhab and correct each other with the knowledge of Quran and ahadith rather than creating fitnah amongst us.

Were is the war waged by Arab states to liberate Palestine?

Regardless of what few people think or say, we have had worse times as an ummah before.
