Iam a student studying BBA sir This speech motivates me to do a business in futures...

SJ presented his group journey to the pinnacle of Indian Steel Industry within a span of 3 decades starting from a mini steel plant, a feat very few could perform ( Another example is Lakshmi Mittal ) .The presentation has been done in a very forthright , matter of fact manner. Mr. Jindal is neither overly modest nor an opiniated and pompous industrialist . He is justifiably proud of the accomplishments of his group. If there is issue to be resolved , it must be done asap without blowing it out of proportion . Leaning from mistakes and perform better and out of box thinking have always been a part of the JSW group DNA . I treasure the few years in 90s that I spent at JISCO( now JSW) under his leadership and learnt about cost management , which was not so well known to Engineers at that time

Really....thanks to both JSW and KZread....though am kind of watching this with trepidation...Hopefully, just watching this otherwise very informative and encouraging video will Not be construed (misconstrued, actually) as attention-seeking behavior.... Rest, my current ISP Vodafone do Not seem to be wanting to pay me my money's worth in terms of bandwidth.....Their monetary receipts rarely mention what I have paid close to Rs. 200 against. Same goes for Airtel. Anyhow, thanks again, JSW !
