Correct me if I’m wrong but is Taylor Morrison on the more expensive side of builders? It seems when compared to KB/Ryan Homes it’s pricier per square footage. Looking forward to working with your team at the end of the month!

Slider doors are nice but why have it if your porch is not screened in. Florida is tropical with huge Mosquitoes and flying coach roaches! OY Yey!

about 30-35 mins to Trader Joes which is not bad imo. You would only have to drive an hour + if you wanted to go to the beach. which is about an hour and a half to clearwater beach or tampa.

Homes are way too close to one another and tiny. I’ll stay with my 3 story, 7k sq ft home on 3 acres
