First floor is kinda small for a family with 4 children but I love the loft

Finally!!!! Dude so glad you are back!!!! The camera person needs to shoot the structure/room you are talking about rather than shooting you. The fast camera moves can make some people queasy. It’s easier for us the viewer when we see the home from your prospective. Also, I like your videos because you are so thorough! No disrespect or malice intended with my observations. Really happy to see you posting again!!!! Shout out to your crew!!✌🏽Hope all is well. Stay safe!!🖖🏾

Thanks for your response Marlon. I didn’t see it straight away cuz the email notification went to my junk. Information on things such as all hidden house buying costs would be helpful. For example, are there taxes due on house purchases? Does the builder charge a commission? How much are typical legal and realtor expenses and required insurances? Also running costs would be helpful. For example we don’t own a pool or have AC in our UK home so how much is that as a monthly expense to budget into living costs? Maybe a top 10 things to consider when buying in Florida from a professional sellers perspective. Everyone loves a KZread top 10!! 😀 Anyway just a few ideas as you requested in your last video. Thanks for the great content and look forward to watching your upcoming videos. P.S when your behind the camera we see it in your perspective which is much better and be totally honest I feel less jealous cuz my girlfriend isn’t so distracted by your presence in front of the camera 🤣. Cheers

If you're still selling homes in the next couple years I will definetly be calling you Marlon! Manifesting a dream vacation new construction home near Orlando! My getaway from the cold Canadian winters we have here! p.s. I miss your old formatting of videos when you filmed it yourself. I was able to get a better feel and sense of the homes and filiming was more intimate :) Oh yeah - both closets are mine for now. Lol

Welcome back! I would choose the largest closet, the first one, and put up a wall for the dinning with a cut out wall to the kitchen. I would extend the back patio by the breakfast dinning, and put up a seven feet wall fence, and get a sink in the wash Room. Great job. God bless.

My goodness I have been following your channel and suddenly you disappeared 😳. Although your fish eye lense and your new camera guy make me dizzy, I truly enjoy your videos and home presentations 😂😅🤣. I'm looking to purchase probably this year. Please keep posting new videos - often-. This home has significantly small closets. Also the room near the car garage is also tiny with a tiny closet (the under staircase) I did like the loft area, the master and the kitchen (updated version/ living room area)

We prefer your videos without the camera man/woman. We got dizzy. LOL. And it is more personalized without. Though, the drone is nice.

yeah but you don't get to be close to Disney and all these cool beaches and springs.And compared to the rest of the country, I think it's a bargain! but Georgia does have nice homes there too.

You think that maybe for one home you could check all the upgrades and tell us the price for them in your video? Just one house so that everyone would have a clear picture of what they would have to give up.

Clermont has shot up in pricing over the last year, it's been tough to find inventory, especially in the 200s. You may have to compromise on a few things but I'm sure we can find something to fit your taste and budget. Interior decorating rules: curtains all the way to the ceilings, don't position sofa all the way to the wall, dont use identical area rugs in same space ("it cheapens the overall look" They say). Blah...blah ....blaaaaaaaa. Those silly rules were broken in the foyer space of this lovely home and the space still looks AMAZING to me. Your home, your rules.

The bedroom downstairs here is actually an upgrade. Standard it would be extra Garage space.
