    Little mistake happened in this Series 4 Update 2023 ? Neck and jaw exercise (video 4 and 5) are containing THE SAME exercise ! I am missing the original neck exercise (including turtle neck) in this update. Did I get something wrong ? Thank you soo much for correction. I LOVE your programs !!!!!

    Hi lovely PETA❤️ My lower jawline got shorter (pulled back) by age so I need to push it upward to solve the sagging occurs from this so do you think when doing this excerise is it better for me to put my lips in smile shape or in puke kiss shape which will active more muscles and push my jawline to its normal position Thank you my lovely lady so much for all your advices and support❤️

    Hey Peta. Is it beneficial to have so many muscles involved at once? I thought it was better to isolate and work on just one muscle?

    hey peta i have a question, im 17 and my nose it not really in shape and u always say that i can't change my features i can just bring it to the natural shape? if i did exercise can my nose become more shaped with time?

    Hi Peta, Love your exercises I have questions please help with it, can we do lymph message with facerobics as my face is swelled up and puffy wide nose I'm new to face exercises and I'm 29 years old. And if we shift from facerobics to facial exercises will it be a problem. Please reply 🙏

    This can go either way for you. If it is painful, you need to stop but if its just minimal and easily managed you can keep going. Its up to you to monitor what is working for you.
