Out of all the youtube videos, I find your helpful videos the BEST! I was wondering if you could address all the people who have suffered from facial paralysis and who are in recovery. Many of us have suffered from BELLS PALSY or stroke and are left with a partial recovery. I had Bells palsy 3 years ago and am looking for your great advise on how to strengthen my saggy half face muscles. I have a half smile and weak eye muscles.... hoping you can help!🙏😘🤗

Hi Sarah, you can recover with facerobics but you need to follow the whole program, not just do a few exercises if that helps. I had a small stroke in my 40's and it help recover my facial numbness, but I have always done all of the routines that I created. You must do the same if you are going to do it. However, I cannot guarantee your results because facial muscles and how they respond to exercise when someone has palsy is not known or proven.
U look so good
Do you have any before and after photos so we can see how this has worked over time?
Hi Peta I was wondering what to do with the wrinkle because of having dimples.
I am just in Series 2.
We must put our midle finger under cheekbone&push up musles?
Thanks for the exercise. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼I wondered how many repetitions would be best for great results?

Hi Gina, as mentioned in the beginning of the video this exercise is part of Exercise Along With Me Series 2. That means you follow the same method each series of 50 Repetitions for 2 weeks, 100 Repetitions for 2 weeks and 150 Repetitions for 2 weeks, have a week off from exercising before starting Series 3 to learn the exercises, then start again.

I do have a question about your written instruction at the beginning of routine videos. Would it STILL ok to do 50 reps. for 3 weeks followed by 100 reps. for 3 weeks instead of the 50/100/150 routine?
@facerobics
Жыл бұрын
Hi Sarah, yes of course, you can do x50 Reps for 3 weeks and x 100 for 3 weeks. I am sorry I have missed your other questions, you can ask here again if you want 💖
It's not clear dear Peter, do you move the fingers to push the nose or the nose itself moves while the fingers are just there

Hi Lady Boss, try watching the video again, all the way through if possibly as all of the directions are there clearly stated.
Peta was this recorded this week in December 2022 or is it an older video uploaded again?

Hi. Are wrinkles on your cheek when you smile also considered Nasolabial lines? I am having problems finding out which exercise is good for my lines that happen just under my chin right after the corner of my mouth when l smile? Thank you.

Hi Florian, with facerobics, you cannot just do one exercise, you need to be following the full face routines that I have created. If you do just one exercise you will cause more wrinkling and sagging
Can I do this exercise randomly, or does it have to be part of a series? (I'm on series 1, first stage)
@facerobics
Жыл бұрын
Hi JL, no you have to stick to the exercises in the series to do a full face routine. you cannot exercise with random exercises
👍🌹
Idk how to do it. My nose and top lip are moving.😕 If I try to do it without moving my nose, my eyes are squinting.

Hi Kit, you have to focus, as mentioned in the video, I directed you to the Focus Video which will help you do the exercises mindfully and correctly
I and my doctor just invested $500 I couldn't afford to the same area. Now I wonder if that money better spent as a member?
