I'm from Romania I'm 28 I went for the first time in India last year (just in Tamil Nadu) The way traffic goes there convinced me that there must be a God I was hesitant before, but after I saw the way nobody gets injuried in traffic, I was like "maaan...there should have been at least 10 accident every day just under my eyes, but somehow they weren't...this life intelligence has to exist...there is no other way these guys cross millimeters close to each others and don't ever get injuried (or of much rarelly than supposed)"

It's the parable of the man who lost/regained his horse/s. Very simple, but not easy-however the not easy is what makes it like a bonus reward. It's hard fought at first, until it just is the being. Keep catching your desires of expectations, then put intentional action to alchamize them for your greater good. Eventually your greater good gets to the point you will want it for others, authentically. Maybe by the time that becomes the being, expectations have long since been left in the former self (where they served the purpose of providing a thing to overcome.). I understand this now that I've watched your video. Thank you for enriching my life.

Beautiful, if only it were practical. Actually these kind of spiritual teachings have led to a *fatalistic* culture - _whatever happens will happen._ So, invaders came and found a flaccid bunch of people, accepting everything that came their way. We saw how Grace cascaded over the civilization over a millennia. But, most would agree that, to live like a vegetable and develop the pretension that merely being alive is wonderful.

@ienjoykit I think you have misunderstood my remark. I don't see how you inferred that some God is being blamed! The example is quite invalid because I don't subscribe to the _Abrahamic_ concept of an external saviour/messiah. If at all I was blaming, then it would be the spiritual teachings like - _whatever happens will happen._ Most of us are intrinsically aware that we have a limited time, even though it may not be a conscious thought. So, in that state, it is quite natural for most people to wonder what they will get out of something. The whole aspiration is to move from this crude state to something that has been alluded to in the mythical lores. To be in a state of abandon should be an intrinsic expression of one's deep connection with, _what we refer to as,_ the source of creation. I don't think mere pretension can deliver one to that state. In that elusive pursuit, the _bhakti_ preachings of the day did lead to the creation of people ignorant of certain realities. One cannot prepare for an invasion, when barbarians are at the doorstep. It requires the collective acknowledgement of what will happen to the society, from the basic unit of individuals to actually align themselves for preparing for such an event. With a _happy-go-lucky_ attitude can take one so far.

No no it's not like we didn't do anything in fact it's just the opposite. See, look at all other places which have been invaded not a trace of their pre existing culture remains but you look at Bharat even though it was invaded for years by both Mughals and British we were able to preserve our culture. Yes, sad part is bharatians don't know who did what and the leaders who really fought back with the invaders are treated as extremist hindu whereas somebody who was so "peaceful" is treated as the father of the nation.

@@ssreyas3989 We think that with the last of them, the Britishers, gone, we are finally free. It is an _ongoing_ affront. Give it another century or two, the local culture will be extinguished. The delay compared to other regions could be attributed to --- the *geographical advantage* of the subcontinent, terrain, and size of the population; --- the realisation of certain honourable personalities who wove spirituality with martial skills to give *rise to the Sikhs;* handful of exceptional rulers who resisted the rot for some time; and yes, even though the _bhakti_ movement did the initial harm, it did create people who adhered to their disciplines no matter what. And anyways, what we have got surviving is, a distorted form, an empty shell, a mere shadow of what it once was.

Sahdguru isn't going to save his devotees life. Hatred is going to kill you all.
