Everyone has the freedom to choose....I JUST DONT KNOW..so I'm hedging my best.. In both cultures it is heart felt spirituality, compassion and love for humanity is what is important...what is the same, not the differences..l think Indians already knew.The death on the cross and resurrection plus the idea of the Trinity would have been confusing possibly.

Respect is shown thought actions for all u know they are cursing him in their minds

One of the best sessions I saw. Being from a premier institution, firstly they are respecting him whenever they are asking questions with a desire to learn. Secondly, the way questions being asked is showing the respect which should be given to the person whom you consider as more knowledgeable than you; Unlikely to disrespect shown to him by students of other institutions, IIM Bangalore clearly stood out in this case.

It can never end. We have somehow managed to preserve our culture through centuries of invasions after invasions. It might seem like its disappearing today. But that's not the case. If you have faith, it hasn't disappeared. When you lose faith, it is possible. So just focus on your faith and even if one person carries it on, it's preserved.

I think joe is starting to realise that he cannot win sadhguru in debate.

All of you who are making jokes on Joe, haven't learn a thing from Sadhguru yet. You're just fanatics like the followers of Ram Rahim. There's a lot we can discuss after each Youth and Truth, but you guys are only interested in trolling joe, who is not at all a big deal, it's just you who are making him famous and thinking it's funny. It seems you guys come here just for fun. It's not Joe's fault that he's like that, his mind was developed in that way, unfortunately. Instead of trolling him we should think how we can bring such people into spirituality. Please don't give a bad name to Sadhguru, try to be like him, keep the hatred aside and focus your energies on what's needed to be done for the world.

This is something jo would say. I think this is MUCH more positive response and we're not responding in hate or anger, but throwing his disrespect and inconsideration away by making jokes about it. I think the number of jokes people are making on him is the best way. It keeps us who felt so angry when a great man like sadhguru was insulted in such a heinous way, and it's an ode to our patience and good humor that we've discredited that bigot and his bigoted thinking and comments with jokes. I think you're the one who needs to lighten up and see things from a different perspective. Do not try to become a saint just to rise above people you should be spending time understanding. If you could have mustered the amount of compassion for sadhguru or if you had felt slighted yourself when he was insulted, you wouldn't be saying all this. Unless you agreed with Jo, the catholic or his equally bigoted moderator boyfriend.

I am so glad you said this. 100% agree with you. Joe didn't have the best of intentions asking his question, but he still seems invested in equality. We must give the man credit for that. And if he is mis guided what good does trolling him do? He might end up hating Sadhguru completely looking at this alienating behaviour. Shiv Shambho.

Shashank is my favourite. Such a humble, grounded guy. Takes opposing views in his stride, even personal jokes on him by guruji, very sportively. What a contrast with the moderators at IIM A event - cocky, pompous, insecurely defensive and in denial, argumentative and condescending.

Thats the spirit, so you know, and want to learn more. Learn, and become a guide to our next generation. Why bother about any successor at all.? Become a candle and light as many as possible. Everyone is unique. Sadguru is one and the only one.

All of you who are making jokes on Joe, haven't learn a thing from Sadhguru yet. You're just fanatics like the followers of Ram Rahim. There's a lot we can discuss after each Youth and Truth, but you guys are only interested in trolling joe, who is not at all a big deal, it's just you who are making him famous and thinking it's funny. It seems you guys come here just for fun. It's not Joe's fault that he's like that, his mind was developed in that way, unfortunately. Instead of trolling him we should think how we can bring such people into spirituality.
