I think because of his frequent traveling..or maybe because he wants to look like all the youth while talking to them.. he dressed like this. But mostly he wears Indian clothes everywhere

Just think about to gain Quality life which is more of useful to the society. So for one katlet he used 1 whole cow and 1 small chicken. That means cow's beef is more useful compared to chicken. Either way both are going to die but the quality of use of their meet is always high for cow. So who's life do you think is useful or wasted in the society? You can be either a cow or a chicken.

Having opportunity to see many ancient architectural marvels in country ,I had always amazed how this would have been made.Such structures can not made by modern engineers nor architects.I can say that firm,being an engineer with 30+ years of experience, today's enginners & architects are nowhere compared to Artisans of yester years. Sadguru really made a real custom speech to the students of this eminent institution.I have seen the students excitement,keenness and openness in asking meaningful questions with a seekers mindset (compared to some of the student moderators in so called top institutions of the country;alas ). For those who didn't understand the chicken cutlet story at 1:31:10. The joke was that Shankaran Pillai claimed that the meat was 50-50 - that is, 1 chicken and 1 cow. But a cow weighs around 300 kg, while a chicken is roughly 3 kg. So in reality, the ratio of meat was more like 99% beef, 1% chicken. In the same way, Sadhguru says that the chances of your life being wasted or useful LOOKS like 50-50. In reality though, it's more like 1-99. So you have to decide: woukd you rather take the 1% chance of letting it go to waste, or the 99% chance that it's useful? In other words, how you perceive life is in your hands, even if it doesn't look that way. This shows just how profound Sadhguru's stories and thought is. I had to watch the section several times before I understood the meaning. Perhaps a little too profound for a live interaction. But he wants us to think for ourselves, not just be blindly spoonfed knowledge by him. 👍
