I feel you

I grew up as Armenian in Lebanon and have been residing in the U.S. for the past 18 years. Before that lived in few other places in the world. Similar to other Armenians. Listening to this music 3 o’clock in the morning can only make me think of my parents, family, and fellow Armenians who have endured a lot. This is The type of music that transcends the soul. All I can say is that I am proud Armenian and will forever advocate the cause of my people irrespective of where I live.

Finding out about the existence of the duduk is probably one of the best things that ever happened to me in my life regarding music. I somehow love that feeling of quiet sorrow, and hollowness that some music, including this video gives me (sounds almost masochistic when put into words, but this helps so much with studying, reading, meditation etc.) I feel really cleansed after every hour of listening to this and just mentally free. The feeling of this video also made me decide to travel through Armenia this summer. What a fascinating culture, wishing everyone who listens to this piece of beauty a great life!

this musical instrument kills me slowly, slowly .... I believe that through it is the tender voice of the Good God! I'm so sorry I can't find it in Romania too ... I want it so much! Armenia I love you, because you made this duduk, with your heavenly sound! there is a Romanian word: I melt like wax for his sake! I love you Armenia!
