It’s the same lures every year bright colors. Most anglers already have them in their repertoire. Raith trolls deep divers up river, and a-rigs down river. Black rubber worms at night. The man is on the water every day even before he starts taking customers that way he knows where the fisher at. After 20+ years on the water, he knows where to fish. The man definitely knows what to do.

If there is one person that knows striped bass fishing here, it is RH.

This might be a dumb question but what pound line should I use/any recommended line types or brands? There’s so many options that I get confused wha my direction to go. Also I use a medium heavy poll would this be ideal for large striper?

For trolling, it's important that the rod and line don't inhibit the action of the lure. For that reason and good setting, mono for it's stretch and a fiberglass rod are ideal. Or at least a composite rod like Raith is using. 20 lb PLine CXX is super strong and tough. You might put braid on your medium heavy for casting plastics and get yourself a lighter action rod for trolling. Good question. Thanks

@@AnglerWestTV - You've got the lower third that says Feather River at :38 seconds, in fact they ALL say that. You SAY Feather river in your open and you have your open music bleeding over your intro and a hard cut to the drone footage without the usual title resolve. I'm not downing you... I just thought you might have slapped this together to get it up on YT that's all. Are you seeing something different?

I am just starting a salmon lure buisness and id love if you could test mine out im still waiting on my 1st prototype to be made and shipped from a factory in china and id love to send you some to put it to the test. I can exspect the around mid june. Please let me know if that is ok. I grew up watching angler west tv you got me into fishing and i wanted to make it a way of life. Sac river or Feather? Your dialogue doesn't match the graphics.

I hope there other people out there arecomplaining about the stripper limits ? Call ur representatives and start bitching! There should be a no limit on these fish and length size! There killing our salmon and trout fishery on the sac river! Not even a native fish to calif!

If a person is going to be on camera they should remove the nasty tobacco dip out of their mouth.

A good dip is required for Striper fishing.
