Maybe you could learn some tolerance and control your irritation. Try his higher and lower heart chakras video for compassion and work on your lower 3 for aggression and judgement. We are all a work in progress. We have enough nastiness in life without others adding to it.

WOW this is really good and is helping me above and beyond. When all your energy is aligned it's pure electric and the health benefits are extraordinary. I'm using this in part to go with an artist subliminal so that I can draw and paint better. A few minutes into meditation I started to feel slightly aroused. It's more like a pure energy though that began below my belly button and spread all over my body and out through my limbs. Seriously this is really cool. Thank you so much for your work.

I don't know how you can say it works and what are the exact signs But I can say I listened to it for some days maybe a few weeks I feel it works
