I'm curious what sensations other people feel when doing this. It was difficult for me to discern how these frequencies affected me physically, because I was in a lot of menstrual pain already. However, I was intensely emotionally impacted by this particular sound bath, like none of the others have. I wasnt focusing 100% on the video at first but when I sat in a meditative pose on my couch holding my tummy, I was fully watching and really enjoying the effects while taking in the sound, and when all the frequencies were in harmony I burst into tears and couldn't stop crying. But in a good way. It was cathartic. It helped ease my pain but I would like to try again when I'm feeling normal to see what others mean when they say they can actually feel it in their abdomen. So cool! Thank you for this!

I was wondering if you can listen to multiple videos at the same time? I mean if you were to be watching these played live at the same time your body would technically be subject to all of the vibrations? Do you think that's possible or recommend it?
