This has done a lot for me in a course of a day. I was anxious and felt like I didn’t have the drive to do ANYTHING. It was very crippling for me. I did a chakra test and my lower chakras were so unbalanced, so I decided to listen to this. -manifested $100 -got out of bed (I have energy) -took care of myself and my dogs -started working on my business again -feel more grounded (not completely, but it’s a step) I just feel 10x better than yesterday. I tried it as well. I seems to be more effective than just listening with headset. 👍 But it also makes more sense that it should.

I have negativity from my own thoughts. It’s self sabotage. Only I can control it by doing these things that can help myself feel better and re center my own mind and heart. I need to make better choices in my life.

this is definitely the combo I need. my lower chakras are so blocked and underactive

My higher chakras tend to get me motivated and energized but I’m always in my head so my lower chakras always need work! When they do perform properly, I feel a sense of still-ness which I definitely need bc I have ADHD so I need all the work I can get! 😂

To share I have had an extreme dysfunction of my hip and sacroiliac joint that got way out of hand and resulted in a sort of life changing calamity and I have been listening to this and the root, heart, mind sounds video very very often since it happened and they have helped me to heal in ways I can't even begin to explain! Thank you again for sharing your healing vibrations with us!

The root chakra bowl truly is lovely right now. I've noticed that at different times, the different singing bowls have different effects. There is always 1 that makes my whole body feel euphoric😁

I’ve been recovering from a childhood trauma which damaged the deep fascia chain. I've been using this to get to know my etheric body and work on healing wounds and tears on this level. While doing so I had an unexpected vision of an Aboriginal man wearing white ceremonial face paint marks and the red headband of an initiated man. He didn't acknowledge me, i don't even know if he saw me, but I saw him. I think he was a local land guardian or else is tied to my local land area in some way. It was very interesting.
