No automated system could have such a perfect blending between two parts being vocal at the same time without even looking at each other as this non automated system of two souls two bodies two voices of eternity are a blessing to humanity from God as they were perfect entertainers as well showmen for all eras showcasing the south asian art form of quwalli an art form of repetition of verses though difficult but performed with ease and fluency unparalled any where on earth. They are a universal heritage and we should love them for what they have achieved as lifetime achievement so to be acknowledged and to be appreciated all across humanity not binding them in the shackles of religion to belittle their greatest achievement unprecedented any where else. This will be a perfect homage to their blessed souls and mark of magnamity from us as human beings to honour love adore such soules as best sayings could be lost to posterity had not such masterly souls popularised them with dedicated art form and equally artful rendering . Thanks to them from us forever. Hunanity would love them always.

Classical Music has been present in India even before Amir Khusrow.. but he surely did invent Qawwali which all of us love!

There's more to it than that. Hal in Farsi means health or state, but its Sufi meaning is complicated, relating to someone's inner condition or to a state of ecstasy. Mishkin is 'poor', like darwish (dervish), parallel to the Arabic faqir, so a mishkin would be a Sufi who renounces the world. So 'ze (= az) hal-e mishkin' would mean something like 'from the inner condition of the dervish/qalandar'.

by using Miskeen he is expressing complete humbleness (he could have used faqir). A miskeen is so poor in worldly terms it would mean someone who does not know where his next meal is coming from. Haal-e-miskeen would mean the "condition of the miskeen." Maybe I've missed something but I don't think this is referring to the "haal" as in the state that comes on the believers that lasts momentarily. Also this is not a song it is a form of poetry to express the Ishq-e-Haqiqi the True Love which is only found when the beloved is God

f we pay attention towards Haqooq ul Abad and Haqooq Allah then there is no need of any wazifa - Secondly we must pay attention towards offering five time prayers and recitation of holy Quran with translation and tafseer. Always say Astghfarullah = Ya Allah put us on right islamic path following which we may become not only in this world but also on the day of judgement. Ameen
