The organ music really adds to the song. In their concerts, they bring a small red triplane onstage, which is actually a Hammond organ. Joakim will have a little fun on it, and during the song the organist is dressed as a WW1 pilot with the prop rotating when the organ plays. In addition to being great musicians, Sabaton are incredible showman. Richthofen was shot down doing many of the things he admonished the pilots he commanded to never do, possibly due to the lingering effects of his head wound. There is still a lot of debate over whether he was shot down by Canadian Captain Roy Brown or the Australian ground troops. Thanks for another great reaction, keep rocking.

7:24 Shooting down Richthofen was credited to a canadian pilot by the name of Roy Brown for a long time, however re-examinations have revealed that Richthofen was actually shot from the ground. Regarding the positioning of ground forces it is now credited to infantry forces. It is not entirely clear who fired the fatal shot, but most historians today say that Australian anti-aircraft gunner Sergeant Cedric Popkin is the most likely candidate.

It was intially assumed that mannfred was shot down by a french pilot however re examination of his planes wreckage shows that the bullet trails fired by the french plane missed the kill shots were two bullet trails coming up through the bottom of the plane through the seat and into his lungs believe to be fired from ground machine gun fire

"Es ist kaputt" = It' is broken (mostly refering to a device/thing) "Ich bin kaputt" = I am exhausted (more than just tired) "Kaputt" as a stand-alone word refers in 99,99% to a broken device, like a motorcycle driver would limp/crawl to his bike after an accident on his broken ankle an sob "Kaputt.. my baby is kaputt" (been there, done that) Unless someone ask you directly "How are you?" -> "Kaputt" ->Remember: Germans don't say 'Fine', they either answer this queston honestly or with a "Muss" ('life is a female dog to me, but I have to cope with the situation somehow' )

Actually, the German meaning is "finished, worn out, dead." The word was Anglicized after the war and expanded to mean broken or no longer working.

To be the best pilot one has to not only have the intelligence but the wit to use them, where even if you gave someone the best technology they would still be beaten by someone who not only knows but understands the tactics they use, all the while the British were stuck in their dogmatic way where early areal combat was mostly a gentlemanly agreement where due to the weight restrictions being reactive to nothing more than the pilot and camera, some smart ass thought it would be a great idea to shoot someone with pistols or drop hand grenades from the sky, as as planes got more and more powerful their armaments also increased where back yeh the best a pilot could have was his pistol where they’d have to fly as close as possible in order to hit someone, later on it was machine guns and now we have aircraft so powerful we can literally fire tank rounds at a target or a massive electric powered Gatling gun,
