Cathy, your testimony is so important, and I am so grateful to you for sharing. And Emma, this podcast is so significant, I'm so grateful for your courage in bringing this information to the public. I'm a psychotherapist specializing in complex trauma and I came across your podcast from researching DID, SRA, trauma-based mind control, MKUltra, etc. This channel is a treasure trove of testimonies. When I meet a therapist that is unaware of trauma-based mind control and SRA, I just send them here. Some therapists don't even know this exists which makes me so sad for survivors seeking support so thank you, Emma (and all guests) for creating this incredible collection of testimonies. More people need to know about the history behind mkultra, the Hitler/Himler research, project paperclip, secret societies, and institutional and ritual abuse. Spiritual and psychological warfare is so real and everyone need to know the truth. The secrets have made this world so sick, and we need to expose and heal all these wounds collectively. So many intergenerational traumas are being stacked on top of one another. These abuses must END, and this is how it starts - by EXPOSING them. The community of survivors here have all my prayers and compassion. I feel honored to even be able to hear these stories and the bravery and heart of all of those that share. She is an exemplary woman who came through unimaginable levels and circumstances of sadistic trauma, evil & opposition from individuals in high levels of government & power. Why aren't you experts and professionals speaking out?? Why are you leaving the burden of exposing these crimes against humanity on the victims.. unless you are complicit and or don't want to lose your revenue stream is all I can guess.. or worse, you are a coward. I know there are professionals and experts that know what is going on in and involved the mental health field as well and they STILL remain tight lipped like you. I could sit here and berate you but I don't want to waste my time and my energy.. but how dare you not get loud and vocal like we have to do to try and save ourselves and others while putting our lives, our well being and our sanity on the line to bring exposure. For every person you supposedly help overcome and deal with their abuse and trauma there are hundreds and thousands of more victims created every single day! I have spoke with a "professional" THAT KNEW and still proceeded to gaslight me and pretended (from their ivory towerof course) that I didn't know what I was talking about. I don't believe everything I read, the last time I heard Cathy she was promoting the new age philosophy which is the agenda of the new world order. It's a modern term for promoting witchcraft. I'm kind of wondering what kind of channel this is because prayers are said but I'm not fully sure if it's a Christian channel.

It's a trigger for a homeless person that doesn't have a place to sleep to be told to get a good night's sleep and rest... it's a trigger when you tell somebody to go outdoors and get some sunshine in nature and they live on a kill house theater surrounded by the American cartel and it's not safe to go Outdoors.... it's a trigger when you tell somebody that it's PTSD and it's actually current traumatic stress disorderCTSD...... it's a trigger when you tell somebody to eat healthy and they don't have any money or income..... this isn't over for a lot of us.❤❤

Cathy and Mark's book is forefront in our homeschool library - Poly trix needs to go away - we are homeschooling our grandchild now- leaving the pedophile catholic church, big pharma, and public school system - it upset our families so much, we were sued in a court of law in Maryland !! we won and changed the law - you cannot remove the child from the home if no abuse or neglect even for every other weekend without the parents - we had to move to a different state - the grandparents would not leave us alone! that was 26 years ago and God blessed that child with two beautiful children to raise to worship and serve Him.

My state did it to me and lied, the judge refused to view my evidence directly refuting the State's claim. I can't afford to retaliate legally, but felt the push to ask you. @@ChristisFaithful They couldn't sue us directly for homeschooling at that time, but they sued us on a bogus grandparent child visitation law that forces parents to turn over their children to disfunctional grandparents. Long story short, after three years in court and 100K in attorney fees, dealing with judges that DID NOT know Maryland law, a judge came out of retirement to hear the case and ruled in our favor. Even though he ruled in our favor, the financial damage was done to our family. Mission accomplished by the crazy grandparents. That was the day our families died to us. We have never been better for our decision to stand up to corruption and immorality. Lastly, I will say I have never met a lawyer in my life that wasn't a total piece of shit. NEVER GET INVOLVED WITH THEM. They are evil.

What if you've been through so much and people have hurt you so many times and you've had so many religious type experiences without even being religious, experiencing things that are so not typical and now it's hard to connect with anyone. My body rejects most people. I get physically sick when around certain types for too long and i feel so exhausted after any social interaction and feel i had to pretend to be normal and pretend to be human the entire time. I can only find peace with dogs. They're the only creature that doesn't judge me and that will love and protect me and be the real friend i never had and now don't want. I was given to foster care for a year when i was around 4 years old. Then put back into my mothers care a year later, she had a new husband, my dad was gone. I don't remember my time in care but i do remember before and after. i remember my mom dropping us off at children's aid office and watching her drive away without looking ack once. Her new husband was a sociopath and sexual deviant. So was his cousin who babysat us. I have many memories of times with my father before that and memories after but not during that year in care and have to wonder if the abuse in care was worse than at home. I've had very strange supernatural experiences my entire life. I'm at the point where i just can't trust people anymore. Life is too short to trust it in others hands. Most people are harmed by people they know and care about, and that's my experience as well.. so it's hard to socialize and use that as a form of healing when it causes more stress and uncomfortable feelings and drainage than spending time with my dogs would. I've gotten used to just choosing my kids and dogs over friends to spend time with. After a 10 year marriage and 3 kids, I'm very happy to be single with my kids, dogs and birds. It's the happiest and healthiest i've ever been and am so thankful for this time.

Yes!!! You just popped up in my feed. I was thinking about Cathy the other day!! I have followed her story since I was too young to even understand what was going on. She resonated with me when I was 6 years old! It was back in the 80s. My grandma told me Cathy was just bragging and looking for attention. My grandpa and my dad were in the military. Recently I could feel a Coyote near by both in my hearing and dreams while sleeping outside in the AZ desert. The next day a women walked by with a female husky on a leash. I had heard a women calling a dog at 3AM. She said she feeds a Coyote that comes around and feared her dog got git last night but she didn't see or hear her Coyote friend last night. I explained to her that Coyotes can make sounds higher and lower then our hearing range and her dog can hear what we can't. I can't hear it, but I can feel it. I have what Cathy calls a heightened sense. I am a survivor. I'm also home-free, a very sober (20yrs), broke wreck living out of a 99 Toyota Camry in the AZ desert and I just can't deal. Yep, a survivor. Sometimes I wish I weren't but Cathy's words keep me going. I love Cathy!

My whole life has been abuse, trauma...is constant. These last 10 yrs, Jesus was the one that pulled me out my muck. Weird, everything i been through, the ast person i really think about is myself. Im obsessed with making sure everyone else is ok. Its weird this is the eay i am. It is who i am. I love being with children, id swim at public pooks with my kid, his friends and the sound of many children is music to my ears. Even though my mind has hidden most of what i went through...its not there. I dont want to know, but i have a feeling i do. Love is the only thing that will continue. I only remember 13yrs old and the rest from there. I have photographic memory. I remember every house i lived in, different 1 or two every year, the outside of them and where they are... but thats it. Till 13 years old...

Hello Emma. I've never met Cathy in person, but have been email and snail mail friends since around the year 2000. I mostly communicated with Mark by email and phone in the early days. I have kept every email and every beautiful card Cathy made for me, the photos etc...Weve been "soul sisters," as Cathy termed it, all these years. I love her with all my heart. I bought cases of books back then and gave them to everyone who would read. I still have extras in my library. She has never, in all this time, not responded to me. But now, I cannot get an answer...except when I do, I KNOW it is not her who responded. It is my belief that someone else is in control of her social media..."and her." 😥 Many of those she interviews with are con men/women whom we've been exposing for years, grifters, scoundrels, and criminals. Some of them she KNEW were frauds, like Jessie Czebotor, partners with Timothy Holmseth. In fact, the last email that I knew was from her, she asked me about Jessie and what I knew about her, which at that time I didn't know much but what I'd heard from the very few people I trust and that's what I told her. She knew not to trust Juan O Savin. She knew not to trust others that I will not mention here. But many of the people she interviews with on a regular basis are connected to him. I'm not an attention seeker, but I am a survivor and whistle blower and consider myself a cult expert who cares about others very much. I'm 100% a follower of Jesus Christ and have been since I was 11. I just watched this whole interview and you would never know something else might be going on with Cathy. She's a very high functioning survivor. That's how this works. She is being "used" by others to bring in money and clicks. In her right mind, she would never do that, but I'm convinced she has been "re-assessed." If that's not true, then the only conclusion I can come to is that I've been duped all these years and she's part of a scam herself. I'm so very hurting for her right now. Thank you for listening. Something else for severely traumatized people is to use pen and paper to organize your thoughts, and then take this extra step, if you want to try to convey your experiences: speak what you wrote aloud. It helps with clarity. Also, if you smoke as a way to alleviate stress (not many do anymore, but this is how I quit): Every time that overwhelming feeling comes over you, hold your breath until you can't anymore, and just keep repeating. This is the only substance I have ever been physically addicted to (I learned past propaganda that got my naive younger self trapped in the system) and it took me three days before I wasn't thinking about it often. It works, and my discredited self tells every person I know does still smoke about this, even when my spoilt T.I. reputation makes them look at me like I have two heads.

Living in a society is traumatic in itself.

I know I'm a month+ late in seeing this, but the Lord saved it for me to see now- in therapy today for my child, the cognitive behavioral triangle was addressed. This is what Cathy described in the thought/ emotion/ behavioral reaction chain she spoke on with also including a "soul-ution" ❤ There is hope and the ability to heal, not always an easy road but it is possible. Learned about Cathy and 'Transformation of America', her book in early 2000's and I am so impressed by how she has not stopped. She inspired me to carry on doing my own research in things like this and spreading the information about how we are lied to by those in the kabbalahs of this world. Will say also that exactly what Cathy speak about with three generations of abuse....we can see this is in some 'religions' like with circumcision which is child abuse. Also, many Elite families use incest as a means of control. I loathe all 'secret' societies and people that actually join them, they are so fake, and most people do not understand the implications of their practice. Those that do will not tell. Could listen to Cathy all day long. Missed the first youtube interview, I always wondered if she have any contact with her daughter today. Yep I'm a survivor and I been in my fing truck sick as shit and I was a firefighter and foster parent for disabled kids the government doesn't care at all!!!!!

My son’s girlfriend was s/a by a stepfather from when she was 11 years old, mom ok with it, no one helped her. She developed seizers, and has a hard time living life normally now. Trauma is so bad.

I’m very new to this channel & to Christianity as well. I’ve realized how important it is to have Jesus in my heart as I’ve gotten older. I’ve always had interest in the brain as well since I lost my first husband to malpractice having to do with brain trauma. He was hit by a pick up truck while working on the side of the road with his job when he was 25 & I was 21…I’m 41 now. This, including the many obvious questions around 9/11, then learning a lot about ww2 eventually led me to learning about Cathy & Mark years ago. I’ve read her book, Trance-Formation of America, about 3 times now because the story is so incredible & she is such an inspiration to me. I know how much it must KILL any of those sick politicians still left that know she is speaking out. How obviously true her story becomes once we see how hard they try to suppress her & many, many others stories. If it’s so crazy, outlandish & untrue, why not let them speak & let us look into it ourselves? Maybe because they can’t control most local authorities as easily, and our country is known for recordkeeping in our judicial system. Maybe, by looking into these politicians ourselves, we may find tons of allegations made by adults and children that were ultimately “somehow“ swept under the rug. To know that a federal judge said out loud in open court that “laws do not apply in this case, due to reasons of national security,” I wanted to throw up. I know Mark has said that by the judge saying that out loud saved their lives, I understand that. What bothers me is that is the nucleus of the problem. This needs to change. Those words should never be uttered in this country. Even before 1776, we took the rule of law very seriously in this country. To see it taken advantage of by our own government like that should make everyone enraged. Once you lose the rule of law, you lose your country. Thank you so much for showcasing Cathy and her amazing life. If I ever struggle with anything, I think to myself “if Cathy O’Brien can still smile today after all she’s been through, I can easily get through my issues as well.” Thank you both! ❤

That las I saw of Cathy O'Brien she was promoting the new age which is just another modern term for witchcraft. It's the old witchcraft that was practiced in the old testament and on until today. Be very careful and test people with the word of God before you judge them. To be honest. 99% of these so called ex witches, masons all promote a false gospel of works. We are to be wise having discernment so take heed and putting everything you hear from these people under the magnifying glass of Gods word. Jesuits often like to distract people with sensational stories then slip in a false gospel of works to turn people away from Christ.

These testimonies are so meaningfull. I hope to see one with Anneke Lucas in the future. ❤

I really needed help as a survivor and instead I was declared legally insane and drugged against my will and court ordered to take them. Now at 44, no one cares about a woman like me. I’m blamed for all of it. A whole life lost.

I believe generational trauma exists. I have heard cellular trauma term as well.

Regarding the controversy over the Masons, I have been targeted. My putting myself into alcohol treatment when I was traumatized and trusted that system made me extra vulnerable to this. I read the Big Blue Book, which was written by the founders of AA (before it became corrupted and used by the co-opted medical system). I highly recommend reading this book, because you can understand what I know: The spirit with which its founders created the self reflection and self honesty required for those steps and the way one must become honest with one's self is a foundation, not just of what AA was supposed to be. This philosophy came from that secret society.

What an amazing Soul. One who agreed to leave her abode in the heavenly realm and incarnate down here for a most profound purpose. And one who upon being presented with the plan for her life, knew it wasnt going to be easy in anyway shape or form whatsoever, and who also could have chosen not to enter into this place and go through literal hell, on her way back home. This Angel ("messenger" in Hebrew & Greek) came down here anyway, with a great purpose, on a mission, to be a courageous voice that would break the spell and signal the beginning of the end of the mass manipulation of humanity, who, have been induced to willingly/unwittingly participate in our own enslavement, because we've been in an induced collective trance. An Angel who suffered to see what was being done and WHO was doing it. Cathy has forever changed my little world, and her and Mark, the greater world as well. It only took 30 years to begin the deconstruction of their multi-millennial old structure. glad your doing this interview , I got her book Transformation of America, yes im interested in helping with child abuse especially SRA is important to heal, cause being part of ASCA Adult survivor of childhood abuse was such a healing meeting group that works and rewires your brain and grieve the childhood u lost, I want to start these meetings again for survivors in my area 1111
