I started with the NIV as well. The CSB is also a really easy one to understand, maybe more so than NIV. - I now have an ESV. I use all of them! It’s good to compare scripture to multiple when studying especially when you don’t understand something :) also, Enduring Word has an app that helps with commentary that helps breakdown the Bible. It’s fantastic.

Saw u on GGB and had to watch your channel because i loved your energy and your title for the podcast and had to watch.

Something I learned back in school when it comes to distractions while reading is listening to an audiobook version and read along with it. The Bible app reads it aloud if you didn’t know, so I listen to that while reading from my physical bible when I’m having problems with getting distracted ❤

My Bible is currently CSB and it’s kinda easy but for me it’s okay not that bad but sometimes I have a hard time understanding. I ordered this Bible from Hosana revival and it was expensive I paid American price cause I’m from Canada so I’m just gonna read it still but I think I might need soemthing easier… not sure I’ll pray for God to help me understand and read slow

Okay first I just love you!! The energy He has given you and the way you use it is so so beautiful!!! I just wanna be besties IRL which I’m sure we all feel that way lol. I for sure agree that NIV is the easiest to understand and that’s also what I have. BUT I have learned that Disney has now bought the rights to the Bible..? There has already been a portion regarding fasting that’s already been taken out. Just wanted to let y’all know and please do your own research but the war Ally is talking about here is beginning to become very apparent on earth. God loves you and so do I my beautiful sisters in Christ!!
