Ally you just freed a mindset that I've had with prayer. I used to always think that when I pray, it had to be in secret, fold my hands and close my eyes to pour my heart out to Jesus because in those moments I do TRULY feel his spirit. However, throughout my day to day life when I sometimes have needed to talk to him in the middle of me being at work, in the grocery store, or anywhere else, I had always thought "Okay, let me remember to pray about this later with Jesus so I can give him my undivided attention because I feel bad to give him half my attention." However, you just FREED and broke a chain off me because I would get so mentally exhausting making a list of what to talk to Jesus with, when really, I can talk to him right there in the moment, and he knows that I'm not giving him half my attention, he knows that I'm seeking to talk to him first and be the first to tell him, he truly knows our hearts and minds because he was the one that created it. Thank you, Ally.

12 minutes in and I have to say @ChristWithCoffeeOnIce thank you for going on the "tangent" about your previous episode that addresses the darkness and demons. It's NECESSARY. As a ex new ager who too grew up going to a private christian school for much of my childhood, these topics were not spoken about. New age deception is growing right now and the enemy is definitely trying to instill unhealthy fear to keep people's eyes and ears closed to let the deception run rampant. Yes, it doesn't always feel good to hear the truth even when spoken in love. We as a society are so used to sugar coated conversations. God called us as followers of Jesus to be SALT. Thank you Ally for being SALTY. ♥

51:00 sums up exactly how I felt. I struggled with an addiction to sexual content, and it got to a point where I just consumed it out of boredom. It affected my personal relationships and my mood and kept from being truly happy, I lived for that moment of rush and everything else was miserable. So lucky to have repented and found Jesus so I can start undoing all the wrongs I've done. Listening to this podcast and hearing so many testimonies makes me feel understood. I know Jesus brought me here to fully heal and I finally put the last nail on the coffin of my former self. Thank you for your devotion and your willingness to help and reach out to others. Jesus truly made a beautiful human being out of you! ❤✝

Ally, you're so good at describing God's nature. I got emotional during this because so many times I've been in those prayer situations or hide the ugly ugly feelings from God but that's what He wants! I laughed when you said it's okay to "trauma dump" on him, because He truly can handle it. God is SO good. I'm so thankful for him and how he's guided me to watch these podcasts.

You are so relatable and I appreciate that and your vulnerability. My favorite way to pray in my current season with the Lord is late night beach walks when no one else is around and I can just speak out loud to Him as if He is walking beside me. Breaking that belief of prayer only looking one way of hands clasped eyes closed is a game changer. ❤️

Me too, I found her through the ggb pod and I’ve been bingeing all her episodes😂 but she is so good and you feel like she truly loves God and truly loves doing this podcast.

I just read in Matthew yesterday that chapter about prayer and in my Bible it use the word “do not babble” I was feeling very discouraged after reading that and quite sad and confused. I didn’t want to continue reading the Bible anymore that day, but thankfully, I have Bible study that same night and was able to talk about the passage with my fellow churchgoers. I really appreciate Also hearing what you had to say about it as well. I think the timing for me reading that passage was planned by God because he knew that I would struggle with it and I’ve had so much more clarification with it and I feel much more peace. Thank you✝️🤍

Why the illuminat pillows

Nice talk, I appreciate your love and passion for Jesus, but it is important to realise trinity of God as three separate persons. So Holy Ghost is God but not the Father nor Son. Son is God but not the Father nor the Spirit. It can be hard to understand but it is doctrine in faith. So Holy Spirit is separate person, it is not Jesus, Spirit comes from the Father and Son. He is love and connection between these two. Holy Ghost was also in the beginning of creation, when Earth was void and dark. Your faith is so cute and you are very joyful and continue to spread that, but if you want to tell people or preach something please ask God and study little bit tradition, books, philosophies and doctrines. Christianity is here for 2000 years and many walked this path. We should learn from each other, not lean on just our own understanding or nowdays, modern new christianity movement cause Jesus set up His church from the beginning and it aint “non denominational, new church “

But you won’t get everything you ask for so it’s dangerous to say that you will get whatever you ask God for in Jesus’ name because that just isn’t true
