[S1 - Eps. 63] RESCUED IN IRAN

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Want to know what gear & equipment I use? www.itchyboots.com/bikers-gui...
This was the first time I ran into serious trouble with Basanti. But I am so glad it happened in Iran. Before going to Iran I heard about the legendary Persian hospitality, but experiencing it myself was simply amazing!
Everybody wanted to help me. Everybody wanted to give me food. And everybody wanted to give me shelter. Without expecting anything in return. It was heart warming and although it was physically and mentally hard for me these two days, I will never forget the people that were there for me.
Thank you!

A wonderful confirmation that people are people wherever you go. You're spot on that it is so heartwarming when people step up to help and want nothing in return but the opportunity to do good for someone else. Governments find ways to hate each other. As others have said so well and you have shown us, most people are indeed golden.

I'm so impressed with the Iranian people. I am American and sadly we are not told of the kindness that Noraly has found in Iran. Thank you so much to the fine people shown in this video. Unfortunately I'm not sure that you would have been helped so quickly and easily in my country...I think you would have found the help but not quite as easily and quickly as you did in Iran. Bravo Iranian people!

the funny thing is when you search on google "iran tourist" the first thing it says you should not go there because of risk being kidnapped. do you want to know a thing? iran is one of 3 countries left on earth not owned by the criminal bankers of usa and thats why usa criminal government hates it and spreads propaganda to its people. they place there military ships outside irans coast and says they are threated by iran. but on swedish television even the guy said its ridicoulous to say something like that when they are the one putting their military at there coast. iran wold never place a military ship close to usa or it would be instant war.....

Folks with two-way radios have been communicating with each other from one country to another for many years. Now there's DMR (Digital Mobile Radio), a portable radio about the size of a walkie-talkie, which "marries" the best parts of internet and radio, all that for about $100. In the USA, you must obtain an FCC license to operate an "amateur (ham) radio", as it is called.

That's why people need to travel and visit other cultures. When I traveled in Libya ten years ago under Khaddafi, my friends thought I was out of my mind to enter that "rogue state". I met super nice people in Libya. The policeman we had to have with us all the time was very laid back. The first thing he did was to invite our party into his house for dinner and gave us linens for the night. One day he led me into a mosque to look around while people where praying in there. Nobody cared I wasn't a muslim. Next door was a christian church. We entered it and found a drum kit. The policeman sat down and played on it. When I came home friends wanted to know whether I had trouble with the Libyan police. I told them we were told three times to report to a police station. "Did they arrest you?" "No, the policemen cooked lunch for all six of us and served it on silver trays." My friends' jaws dropped :-).
