    Summary: Add super foods mostly seeds Flaxseed,pamkinseed, Tulsi seeds etc Dry fruits : walnut,almonds etc Add more fiber richvegetables Antioxidant: Green tea, lemon tea Add more protein in your diet eaggs,chana,soyachap ,paneer, nonveg etc.. Drink more water ,milk,haldi milk , butter milk,curd etc Low carbohydrate diet and importantly workout yoga, meditation, Gym, running, walking etc..     Ma'am, Most of the student away from home, it's difficult to follow a full diet plan because that comes out very costly. Please give us diet plan which is 1. Easily Available 2.
