Summary: Add super foods mostly seeds Flaxseed,pamkinseed, Tulsi seeds etc Dry fruits : walnut,almonds etc Add more fiber richvegetables Antioxidant: Green tea, lemon tea Add more protein in your diet eaggs,chana,soyachap ,paneer, nonveg etc.. Drink more water ,milk,haldi milk , butter milk,curd etc Low carbohydrate diet and importantly workout yoga, meditation, Gym, running, walking etc.. मैंने पहली बार किसी यूट्यूब चैनल को UPSC Aspirants के स्वास्थ्य की चिंताओं का समाधान तलाशने की कोशिश करते हुए देखा है । लेकिन इस पर और अधिक गहराई में जाने की जरूरत है । यदि एक IAS खुद स्वास्थ्य की ज्यादा जानकारी नहीं रखता होगा तो वह देश की जनता के स्वास्थ्य के लिए कैसे सोचेगा ?

Maybe someone dont loose energy in waste things then that person dont need more diet as normal person . But a person must need more and healthy diet to study , otherwise they will be frustrating

Less time consuming 3. MOST important is Affordable Most of Student takes food from Mess (small restaurant) . So prepare diet according Thank You so much Ma'am for this video.
