    I am a recently qualified CA. I feel anxious from very small small things. I think i am suffering from social anxiety disorder. Plz help me. I am doing job now as a CA. But, my negative thoughts at the time of CA studies still prevails. I know my perception is wrong. Despite of being CA now with so much efforts, I feel myself with low self esteem. During the mandatory OC/MCS training, I used to be a little bit nervous. But, have done that with full enthusiasm. After that, took 4 attempts in CA Final. Please revert with your words sothat i can proceed further. I came out of depression phase in 2020. I am 25 now.

    Aapki baat 100% true hai because 2023-2024 March month mai bahut overthinking karti thi. And jin logo ne mughe kuch bhi negative kha tha in 2 saal pahle ya 3 saal pahle Mai unki bato ko lekar overthinking karti thi. But fir maine apne aapko change Kiya April ke starting me and raat me overthinking karne ke bajay Bhajan sunkar suna ya gratitude express karna , bhagwan se baate karna ye start Kiya and uske agle din se mai consistently study nhi kar pati thi to meri consistency vapis aa gyi, life ko lekar ek clarity aa gyi and kafi sari chize change ho gyi hai. Just because of building a connection with God

    Achha I agree with whatever you said. I do the same but a doubt always comes to my mind that- am I running away from my problems? Like something which happened 2-3 years ago, it's important to analyse what went wrong. And then it leads to more overthinking. Do you face the same? How do you deal with it?

If you're feeling sleepy, sudden changes might not be feasible. It's best to proceed gradually and steadily. Distract yourself; for instance, if you're studying and feeling drowsy, switch to a different topic or subject. Take short breaks, and focus on positive thoughts.❤

    Whenever u overthink , just say loudly "stop". We feel helpless beacause we forgot the almighty so atfrst surrender yourself in front of him and build a connection ,,talk to him like a friend ,,bcs he loves us the most. He is very close to us,as close as our jugular vein in neck..So my friend u r not alone,,we r all in this and its life ,so its normal.Nothing will go as per your choice .Almighty is looking at everything and making a way out for u..Trust him and his timing❤❤

    I am a overthinker... But from some time I started OM meditation and listening mantras.... I can say after that situation is improving .. Ha ekdm se sarri overthinking chali to nhi gayi... Lekin bht kom ho gayi he... Aur agar me overthinking krti bhi hu to... Jaldi bahar aati hu usme se... Apne jaise bola me bhaganban se pray krti hu.. And ek mantra sunti hu... Usse sach me dimag sant hota he.. But i want a complete removal from my overthinking ... I hope i can achieve at some day... 🤞🤞🤞

    I use to get hurt easily but then I realised that people need my permission to hurt me. I placed my worth in their hands even though I was the only one standing by my side in tough times.     Aapka bahut bahut shukriya Ma'am main abhi apni life ke bahut hi worst time mein hoon mera mind control mein nahi hai main sirf or sirf overthink kar rah hoon and problems ko aur badha kar dekh raha hoon main jab bhi solution ke bare mein somchta hoon to mera mind stop ho jata hai but abhi ye video dekhkar realize hua ki main bhi theek ho sakta hoon phir se pahle jaisa acche se kaam kar sakta hoon and happy ho sakta hoon aapki video dekhkar poora trust ho gaya hai ki main recover ho jaunga because in 14minutes mein aapne meri last 1 month mein condition hui hai usko explain kar diya hai thankyou very much Ma'am ❤❤

    So hi! I just wanted to share this little experience in my life. From the starting of this year, I was very enthusiastic towards opting meditation as a daily habit. So I did that for almost 2 months ie january and february. Now almost 2 months are over I stopped mediatating and guess What in this period of two months I have suffered with mental breakdowns, anxiety, panick attacks and Literally my mental health became a shity crap. I was so optimistic when meditated. So this is my honest advice.. Please meditate. Just for the sake of your mental health. Love yourself ❤😊 Take care and dont forget that god has bigger plan for you!

    Indeed, overthinking se kuch b ni hota, bs hum preshan hote hain or kuch bhi nahi. ye sab human nature hai but matter severe isliye hota hai q ki hum bhagwan se dur hain, unse connect nahi krte hain. jb hum bhgwan ko bhgwan na smjh k apna sbkuch smjh k unse batein krte hain or bs itna kehte hain dil se ki, mai apko sbkuch surrender kr rha hu/rahi hu. to wo sb smbhal lete hain. sbko bhul k bs unse connect kro, talk to him, cry your heart out infront of him. then magic will happen. Try kro, logo se nahi bhagwan se ummid lago❤

    Didi Sach mein meditation works a lot for me last Sunday I went to the doctor due to my headache which was due to hypertension and my b.p. rose to 157/90 at the age of 21 because I overthink a lot and am stressed due to NEET. From then I started meditation 'vipassana wala' regularly for 7 days now my b.p. become normal, now I feel clearer and calm. Thank you

    I would like to add that please read BHAGVAD GITA for at least 15 min & think about it for a while & feel the change I am doing the same & it helped me alot. But at the beginning it's hard to start but make a habit of doing it consistently it will impact a lot. Trust me !!! Thankew neha mam for addressing this kind of issue Thanks a lot.     Hello Neha Di I'm a neet aspirant and my exam is in less than a month. I've been overthinking way too much lately and I've felt that I'm not taking the right actions and revising my syllabus.     I started meditation today It's my first day am taking a challenge of 1 week I did meditation with vipasana but only for 20 min it's total time is 40 mins so i will do the rest in the second round. I'll write my experience here each day It's 15 of April 10:34 am

    @@neh746 Negative relatives se Durr Rahi Friends ko chod Diya Jo jinko muzhhse irritation hoti thi Orr mein CMA student hu tho maximum time khudko deti hu Meri family thodi toxic hai but ab aadat ho gayi hai , meditation start Kiya, daily yoga karti hu, or pehele bohot under confident bhi thi uspar bhi bohot work Kiya Orr mentally khudko shaant rakhti hu taaki sab kuch acchse ho Jaye....and most important thing Self love and stop self doubt

    @@Xthetic_flee mujhme self doubt bahut hai baat baat par rona aa jata hai... in -laws ka behaviour bahut hurt kar deta hai job hai nahi husband jo emotional support milna chahiye wo nahi hai bus sara din ye chalta rahta hai ki koi mujhe pyaar nahi karta koi mujhe samjhta nahi aur mera husband kyu mujhe bahut pyaar nahi karta...bla bla...its really painful isase bahar aa hi nahi pa rahi hu bahut try kiya but consistency ho hi nahi pati practical ho hi nahi pati...jaha se shuru karti bas wahi pahunch jati hu 😔😔😥
