angelica avila True in what way? In my mind, Laura has done nothing wrong in sharing a recipe that some viewers knew about and others didn't. She didn't claim this recipe as an original, and I never got the sense that she invented this dish. Because I can't understand why people are accusing her of dishonesty (I think it's truth she provided a fun demo of a popular recipe), I think that some viewers have misunderstood her meaning, like to nitpick, or love to "hate" on a food vlogger due to semantics.

I can't believe anyone would say anything negative about Sweet Laura. Jealous and petty people I guess. Laura, remember the ones who complain the most are the ones sitting there at the computer with nothing better to do than tear people down because they have nothing going on themselves. Jealousy. That's all it is. WE LOVE YOU SWEET LAURA! YOU ARE AWESOME!!!

"Ya know, forget the kids..." this is why we love her. Delicious food with humor that doesn't try to hard. Love it.

Don't listen to the people trying to bring you down Laura. You are a kind and amazingly talented person who has a real appreciation for great food. Keep doing you girl.

I've recreated almost 130 of her dishes and fell in love with ALL OF THEM she is simply the best I prefer her over all of those famous food network people I wish u were in tht channel u would beat them all! I just love her!

DEAR Laura in the Kitchen, I haven't tried this one yet, but I have made plenty of your recipes and they all came out amazing! Just know we all value the time, effort and everything else you put into your work. It is no easy task coming up with three recipes a week (and all else you do) and a lot of people who watch you really appreciate even the simple ones because we are not all self-taught cooks. You taught me so many little tricks that I had no idea of because I didn't really use to cook often. And let me just say that not everybody on youtube is from the United States of America and not everybody on youtube is familiar with such things as S'mores, so it is perfectly fine to share these things. Where I come from, cooking "feijoada" (a typical bean-based dish) is not that big of a deal and it's a super common recipe, but I believe many people around the globe would like to have someone guide them through the recipe so they can make it. In a Nut(ella)shell, you are my favorite chef and I truly admire you (and Joe!) for who you are in life. You two are stars in the true sense of the word, so keep on shining ever so brightly!! =)

In a bunch of other videos, she mentions the fact that she got the idea from such and such, or wherever(just go look at the Pepperoni Bread video).
