I recently bought one on clearance at home depot. I upgraded to a 40T milwaukee blade and a lazer blade washer. You would swear its the lazer making the cuts they are so smooth. I replaced the baseboards in a spare bathroom and the job came out perfect. I bought a saw stand also and everything included it was cheaper than paying a contractor to fo the job.
