My Ryobi tools have been awesome without any problems for 20 years. I have many Ryobi tools and will continue to buy and use them.

There are much better blades than Diablos. But it's definitely an upgrade over the stock blade.

What's the batt life on these? That's my biggest worry about going Batt on these bigger tools... Mitre and portable table saws...

Ryobi is literally the WORST chopsaw manufacturer. The arbors are always just slightly off center causing a terrible balance wobble, the cuts are worse than a chainsaw, and they are AT LEAST 5 times as loud as the leading brands.

@@7628739 you’re right on that point. I work mostly on baseboards but the 7” will do. Have no use for a 10”, the thing i do want it to be tested is hardwood. I’m no wood expert but sometimes we need to trim cabinets that use hardwood. My 10” Rigid bogged down a lot on the 45 degree cutting a 1“x 8” hardwood trim. So I don’t expect it being good with that. One peeve of mine is that the table saw runs on 18v battery too. Like, I have the Dewalt corded table saw and it bogs down (not a lot) on hard wood and you can hear it when cutting 2x4. Not a lot but noticiable. My personal opinion would atleast be 2 18v or 1 40v (36v) Ryobi batteries.

This guy never says any negative comments about Ryobi. I have a lot of Ryobi tools and I honestly love them but there are definitely some tools that are no good as well as some small things on other tools I really like. I don’t usually take his “review” seriously on anything for that reason. Can’t trust this dude.

@@sendmedics my neighbor bought all ruobi junk. He bought it becaus he just needed tools to remodel his new house and he couldn't fly his nice tools up to Alaska every couple months when he comes up to work. He knew that ryobi was crap but he he only needed tools for the one project so he just got the cheapest stuff at HD. I still had to bring my Hitachi miter saw over to his house because his ryobi couldn't make a smooth cut to save its life.

@@apexalaska Well again, you're talking about the miter saw...which I don't own. But I have almost every Ryobi HP tool that I use on the job regularly with absolutely zero issues. Not to mention other ryobi stuff that is still going strong 10 years later. ALSO, their standard tool line isn't meant for your average construction guy...of course their new HP line is showing that it can hang with the big boys a lot better. So...I guess to each their own but I have over 20 ryobi tools now in my arsenal and have regretted absolutely none of the purchases.
