Ryobi really stepped up the game in the last one to two years. I'm quite impressed. I'm happy with the xgt blower and wouldn't switch to Ryobi 36v just for one or two garden appliances but when you are new to the battery tools scene? Why not! And you can get a 12Ah 36v battery. Crazy!

OMG - the standing mode, get another blower tube, cut a hole in it with a circular saw above the attachment point, see what it can throw and how far 🤣

Wish Makita do something similar in power. Or something more powerful like 2*40v model. I gave away my Makita xgt blower and currently use greenworks 82v new model just because of massive airflow to clean snow.

@@riba2233 It is powerful, but not enough :) mostly because of low cfm I switched to something bigger.

Dont blame the tool. Its the only user. Still using my 18x2 Makita blower with no problems. I use it to lots of small rock and sand piles. 2x4 timber off cuts.

I own the 2x18 version and xgt. Upside to the xgt is it only needs one battery. But for what the 18x2 is at full throttle is about identical to the xgt in 'turbo' mode. Held em in each arm doing some tests and how much they push my arms back and it pissed me off that I got the xgt. That said, they both clean up small to mid jobsites pretty easily.

@@patbird9694 Lol both the ryobi 730cfm and ego 730cfm is cheaper than the xgt. They perform better at lower cost lol.

I have this blower and it’s nice with the power and all but the thing that I really hate about it is the trigger. Don’t know if it’s just the US models but I hate the step trigger. It’s a variable stepped trigger and I just don’t like that about my blower. That’s just me though lol!

That 40v ryobi blower is way better then those trash ryobi 40v lawnmowers they make, makita did something else with there new lawnmowers.

I really like my ryobi mower. Enough charge to do about 4k sqft lawn, cuts nicely, and just works.

@ethanmye-rs my buddy has 1 and bogs down on wet grass and overloads the batteries on some heavy duty task. He hates it. But they said they got it for a deal so it's OK lol it works well when the grass isn't wet or big.

@@highestperception Got to discharge/bag tall wet grass or do multiple passes. If you look under the deck of any mower, it'll be caked with clippings in just a few passes in that scenario. This causes efficiency loss and dulls your blades a lot faster. My gas Honda would have the same exact problem. Weekly cutting should be no problem for an electric mower.
