You know we make plans and God laughs. So true . Been that way my whole life. I have lost everything material in my life and also money because if an addict son. But I am blessed today he has been clean 8 years . I am living in my brother in laws four family apartment house taking care of some of his needs as he lost his leg two years ago. I am an encourage by nature or at least God wired me that way but I call myself a Drive By Encourager. I will pray 🙏 for people immediately and tell them what the Word says but not get involved. Keeps me at peace. But with other channels like LHL/IMA/FSTB and all the Morrow’s the viewers pray 🙏 for each other now that is powerful.🇨🇦❤️🇺🇸

Ryan, sometimes sharing a story with a stranger or someone with faith is all someone needs. For me, just to say what is in my heart is all I need. The first "message" I heard when I came here to "check you out" I actually had a tear form. I have watched many over the years give up on faith all together when they need it the most. When I find someone that has faith I'm all in. You have the gift of the word. I do not. And with so many around me giving up on God my heart breaks. So finding your channel and listening a few minutes to hear an uplifting story or message brings me so much joy! Thank you for sharing, it truly is what I needed!

I can relate to the back roads of Alabama. I travel them here in Cherokee County. Lots of hawks, eagles, deer, wild turkey, cows and chickens. I am so enjoying your channel and in sharing your faith, you're inspiring me in mine too. We may be at different places in our walk with Jesus but encouraging our brothers and sisters in Jesus crosses all levels of growth in our faith in our creator and Savior.

I remember when my son was giving his thoughts on a Bible story. It was like scales fell off my eyes and truth was revealed. It brought me such joy to hear his understanding and to learn from it.

Ryan and others, prayer is our communication with God. I’m in our Church’s prayer team and I’ve learned over the years that when someone asks you to pray for them whether you know the person or not, right then pray. It doesn’t need to be elaborate, just an acknowledgment of the request to our Heavenly Father and He’ll do the rest. So many times we’ll say we will pray and then we forget. So I have asked God to help me with this and He never fails.

I heard someone say once that the saying “all I can do is pray for you “ is WAY off point because the most powerful thing we can do is pray for someone. It always has stuck with me from that point on that praying for the Lord of lords and the King of kings to intercede on someone’s behalf is more powerful than anything else. Any physical contribution to aiding someone is just icing on the cake. It’s being the hands and feet of the great “I am” but he’s the one leading the way. That is quite a haul. When I was in the Civil Construction, I would be down there all the time.

The way I look at it and the way I live my life is I always think that somebody else is worse than I am. So I am grateful to wake up everyday to see the sky to have a job to have a family everyday

I heard a long time ago the old adage that “if you make plans, God laughs” I found that to be true a lot of the times. The best laid plans DON’T always come to fruition. I look at it as “strength-building” & the ability to roll with the punches. I try to smile through it & always have a backup plan. Your Momma sounds like a REAL Sweetheart.
