Another meaningful talk, Ryan. 8 years ago, shortly after I retired from a 36 year Nursing Career, my cat suddenly became ill & passed away. I was beyond bereft.😢 I decided that I was going to adopt my next cat that was a needy one…I had the time & patience. The cat I chose was 5 years old, all of 5 lbs & mean as a demon, due to the trauma she had received from kids who violently abused her. She was deemed to be “unadoptable” In fact she bit & scratched me upon first introduction, but I still wanted her..I wanted desperately to show her there was kindness in the World. Well…I won’t go into how many times she bit & clawed me up.. (it was many)..but we hung in there through it all. Fast forward to present day..she is my emotional support cat..my best friend..sleeps with me every night..knows how to console me when I’m down & out…she is one of the BEST kitties I’ve ever had the privilege of having. Oh, & I named her Faith…because I had complete & unconditional Faith in her. I know this has little to do with the subject you are discussing here..but the word Faith is a constant in your chats. I put Faith in this tiny traumatized little grey cat & she has enriched my Life exponentially.✨🙏🏻✨ Faith is a very Powerful word..& a very Special little someone in my Life.✨🩶✨

That's so correct, there's alot of opportunities to share God's word! From prisons, alcohol anonymous, hospitals, the streets even. Continue with the internet sharing. Ryan, I am so happy that Brooke and Jason introduced you to their audience. You are such a refreshing voice in this country of ours that is in so much turmoil. I was raised in the church here in coastal South Carolina that we natives know as the Lowcountry. I am two years six months sober this month and my faith has blossomed beyond any imagination. I am active in service work and never forget to speak of God, my faith and prayer when I share in meetings. I'll continue to watch your videos because coffee roasting is very interesting. I was supporting a South Carolina roaster who supported our veterans and first responders but they have since gone out of business. I love dark roasted coffees that are robust with low acid. I love a true coffee taste because I drink my coffee black. I'll be placing another order when I run out of the 2 pound bag I purchased when my roaster went out of business. As I said before, “you have a message that people need to hear”! You never know when the blessings you share are going to go to someone who needed it that day. I take care of my 94 year old dad. He has dementia and a cancer tracking through his head. He may not know me today, but he can go sit in his recliner and starting singing hymns word for word, because the songs aren’t coming from his mind they’re coming from his heart! The messages you share come from your heart, so you should stop over thinking what you share.

Ryan, I always judge myself by others. I look around around and feel that everyone else has so much more faith and trust than I do. So, thank you for sharing that we all struggle, but that God is Faithful! 🙏 Remember Joseph had to be "seasoned" before he was in the position that the Lord had for him! It is all in God's Plan how He puts people on the same path to meet, for common goals! Your leap of faith paid off for you, but the Lord knew it would! ( it does not hurt that the Cog Squad are a fantastic bunch of people!) I said it before, you are not a Preacher......you are a Minister that just talks to people through the internet, and influence those who need it!( they didn't know that they needed those exact words!) Hi Ryan! I have gone through something quite similar with you. I also believe in faithfulness. Even though it has been a rough spot in my life, I have been unusually calm. I even expressed this to a friend. In the last 2 days...my life has made a miraculous turn around. & It is something that I invested in 37 years ago...& never thought to use it. Anyways, it turned my situation around 180. I have always had faith & hope in one of the darkest times. Thank you for sharing this video with us. 👍🇨🇦😊 I totally relate to your story. Wow! I have been meaning to subscribe since Brooke and Jason told us that you were starting a channel. I thought great. I love the coffee I get from Cog Hill so I will subscribe...but I didn't do it right away because I was busy. I was busy with a brand new diagnosed Breast Cancer. God and I had a little business of our own for a good month. On the way to the doctor's appointment I listen to KLOVE. This doctor's appointment was to confirm that I did have breast cancer and to move forward for treatment (2nd opinion). So I was way early to find a parking place (I'm not far from you but in West Georgia the Cobb/Paulding/Douglas counties "corner triangle". We live in the Cobb part. Back to KLOVE I pulled in the parking space. Was getting ready to pray, not knowing exactly what to pray and the song by Matthew West came on. "Don't Stop Praying". Now I already new that song but it became real to me in that exact moment. I sat there until it was over, tears streaming down my face and new my new battle plan against breast cancer with God meant that I was NOT ever supposed to stop praying. I am telling you all of this because after watching and subscribing to your channel tonight (God reminded me thru the You Tube suggestions and of course Jason and Brooke that I had not subscribe to your channel yet and if nothing else I wanted to tell you how much I love the coffee. Best coffee I have ever had. I am the only coffee drinker at my busy house of 5 (hard to imagine) and I drink it black. It is wonderful. I almost ran out but then I restocked and restocked. I have emergencies in my freezer (I know I don't have to store it there I just do so I know where it is). I just couldn't let a moment go by without telling you and hopefully you will see God uses you, now and always as long as you are willing to serve him in whatever capacity to your ability. God has no limits, no timelines, no boundaries (Chemo brain can't remember if that is the right word or not) to use a willing heart for Him. YOU and GOD have got this Ryan! Fantastic! Moses wasn’t very motivated or interested in Numbers 10:11-15. There’s still plenty of time for mission work when the kids are on their own. 🙏🏻

Selma Alabama - just 30 minutes or so from my hometown of Prattville. My brother in law also pastored a Nazerene church in Selma and they have quite a few friends there still. Wonder if they know of this coffee, and its owner? Looking at the brands website, they donate 10% of sales/profits to saving the lives of unborn children when their 'Salvation Blend' is purchased. I'm interested in knowing what other good this company does for its local community. Selma is a small town and mostly poor, so it sure is nice to see a small town being blessed by a local who is genuinely giving back to their community. This is a really interesting story, Geneva, thanks for sharing. I will be purchasing some of the product, if only to have the 10% donation being made because of it.

No it was my friend from church. Her last name when she lived there would have been King. Jim King was her dad. Paige and Teresa King. The pastor she's referring to would have been Brady Lane.

Great video Ryan. The world needs more Jesus for sure. You may be the only Jesus some folks see day to day. Very few Christian video creators share there faith. It’s like they’re trying to be a secret agent for God. In the meantime people are dying every day without ever excepting the Lord Jesus Christ. I believe that we all have a predetermined purpose and destiny to fulfill for God. Sadly many elect to travel a different road. Continue to trust the Holy Spirit to lead guide and direct you on the path that God has cleared for you. Continue to use your video platform to point others to Christ.
