Ryan Harris 6-47 3rd Test, Perth, 2010-11 Ashes Series
Спорт
Ryan Harris picked up his first 5 wicket haul as England fell away in the second innings at Perth. Bowling quick skiddy deliveries with a touch of swing he ripped through England as they capitulated to a big defeat.

Most underrated bowler of the decade

Nope, he did not play enough tests to get a name for him. Simple as that. He was brilliant though

I wouldn't say under rated. Everybody rates him. He was the unluckiest bowler I'd say. Never got a run because of injury. Did love watching him when he played though

Far better than Peter Siddle and Jackson Bird.
Ryan Harris is the best bowler in test cricket when he bowls like this...dead set unplayable
One of the greatest bowlers for me... Used to bowl at 140-144 kph..could seam and swing.. Consistent like a offy
I absolutely loved this test! It was what the ashes are all about, Aus were down 1 - 0, england had been dominant then Australia fought back in this test and the series was alive. I remember when Brad Haddin took a catch then went towards the Barmy Army and beckoned at them "come on!" that was sick.
Harris was always on the money. For me he was better than Mitchel Jhonson.

Ryan Harris reminds me of Andy Bichel! Totally similar but not too familar of bowling action style, but also underrated bowler.
The first wicket is the same exact ball that got him first ball in 2013 except that he didn't move his feet and was bowled.

145km/h from a nuggety lookin' bloke barely pushing 6ft. Given we're currently neck deep in the LoNg LeVeRs/BIG UNIT™ era of bowlers, Harris was pretty fucking unique.

He took a six wicket haul at the WACA. Harris was tailor made to play the WACA. He's a similar bowler (perhaps a tad quicker) to W.A. greats; Alderman, Massie, Malone and Brayshaw. He could direct the ball beautifully into the Fremantle Doctor from the northern end.
And ironically enough, Australia love playing England at Perth and hate playing South Africa at Perth. Australia have had the wood over England here ,but South Africa have pummeled Australia here!! I'm talking with respect to recent records...say last 12-15 years...

Ryan Harris is a legend. One of the most skilled bowlers ever
Bell's review was an absolute joke! Ryano is some bowler- much like Shane Bond; lots of injuries and plenty of glimpses of his capabilities!
Harris would have had a longer career had he played Sheffield Shield cricket for NSW when he was younger

5:28 Mike Hussey, you beauty.
Mike Hussey "RHINO! *looks at the off stump lying flat on the ground three feet away* Yeah baby!"
I remember the last ball of the day sitting on my couch at home; Collingwood nicked it to Smith! "YEAAAAH!!!"
Ryano ryano
He was a superb bowler
For me the awkward sub not sure how to celebrate is the highlight of this vid.
Oh yeah, that bloke. I somehow got he and Finn confused with Ben Stokes, and merged them all into one person in my head. Man I must have been tired. As my memory returns; I think that series involved Hussey, Haddin and, pathetically, Watson as the only form batsmen we had, and Tremlett's gigantic height meant his stock ball was basically screaming "PULL ME" at Hussey. Hussey obliged so many times that it became a lasting memory. That's probably why I'm shiver-free when Tremlett's mentioned.
great quality video
imagine if he had been supported by another decent quick this series...
Bowled like my dad - great bowlers!

This was the only match in the series that they won
I like his spells That perfect line bowler,👌👌👌
Best bowler in Australia by a country mile. If only he could keep himself fit!
Also, with the likes of Tremlett, Onions, Rankin and Panesar in reserve, I'd argue England are doing alright!
how did he get so quick from being so slow?
When cricket was cricket:)
Crikey. Everything went right for Australia here and yet everything went wrong in the series
2:11 is that steve smith in the corner or sub
it was michael clarke....mike hussey was at 1:30

Why commentators didn't even talk about Mike Husseys catch. Not even a single word. Oh my!
Who’s the tall blonde Australian?
5:28 mike husseys glasses fell off, RIP glasses
Nobody in Australia rates Panesar so I can't really give an opinion on that one. Using Rankin won't happen, because unless I've gotten people confused, he's Irish (I should hope it won't happen, that's not really fair to the Irish). Onions seems luckless one day, hated by selectors the next (although I think he's better than Finn, although as inconsistent). Tremlett I've only seen in ODs and I'm not familiar with his stats so I can't really comment on him.
easily just by luck and they were the better team preparing and on the field for the series.

If not for Injuries this guy would have gone clode to taking 400 wickets. Could have had Harris and Johnson in there primes healthy and then Australian just needed Stewart Magil to be born 10 or so years after Warne.
