There was 1 second left in the round when the ref stopped it. If anything, the ref gave Usyk the win. Without him, it would've been a draw.

Fury would lose again. Usyk has a superior fighting IQ and nothing could be done about it. If you have followed his career it doesn't matter what plan you have, Usyk would adapt and turn it around. AJ, Fury, Wilder, Parker, etc. no one has a boxing IQ like Usyk. It can't be taught in a few months or years. It's inherent since childhood like Fury's height. No amount of training can close that gap, just like Usyk can't get taller. Usyk has developed skills to use his fighting IQ to the max. Usyk is Eastern European and most likely wrestled while growing up. That's the reason he was able to shrug off Fury/AJ's clinches. Moreover, when you are getting punched and losing not everyone can keep their head, think, adjust, form a counter plan,& then execute it flawlessly given the adrenaline rush. It's an inherent skill. It can be developed when you are in your late teens or early 20s but Fury, AJ gang is too old, and their BODY/BRAIN has already adapted to their style. THEY HAVE HIT THEIR CELING.

@@KaidenKnox11Usyk has a similar insight, in my opinion, that Prime Roy Jones Jr had (probably the most skilled, natural, talented fighter ever). Usyk is bigger, and started much later, so didn't reach those inhuman level skills of RJJ, I mean Roy absolute DESTROYED the number 2 and 3 in the world made them look like beginners, BUT Usyk is the closest to that skill gap since Roy and is a natural cruiserweight, which is impressive. Roys genetics exponentially increased his gap at 168, something which doesn't translate in the 190+ weights. NOBODY was even getting close to beating RJJ during his prime. And I think that's true of Usyk these past 3-4 years. ALI might have found a way, he had amazing skill, unorthodox style, amazing intelligence AND an iron will. If ANYONE could beat Usyk, it'd be prime ALI or Marciano. Well done Usyk, a great man and an excellent boxer.

Listen the ref stepping in to save Fury in Round 9 was odd. But whatever audit for the knockdown and it was a 10-8 round. Other than that Fury arguably won most of the other rounds.
