Doesn't matter if the 4060 is better on RT , the 8GB VRAM buffer will absolutely kill its performance when possible. On some games it makes the difference between smooth enjoyable gameplay or one with constant stuttering with some elements not loading properly. RX 6700 XT is still a better choice for gaming ♛

Просто амд снижают стоимость своих карт, чтоб их хоть кто-то купил, раньше 6700xt стоила гораздо дороже 3060 и позиционировалась как конкурент 3060ti. За эту цену можно и 3070 найти, которая уделает 6700xt, 4060 может и не конкурент им, зато она нетребовательна к блоку питания и охлаждению, у нее сразу есть генератор кадров во всех новых играх, не нужно ждать и качать моды, к тому же для рабочих задач, нейросетей и стриминга нвидиа всегда лучше.

Логику Вашу не понял. Rx6700 xt дороже 3060,так как она конкурент 3060ti. Всё верно и 3060 ti дороже 3060. Говорите, что по цене 6700xt можно найти 3070. Так и 6700xt можно найти дешевле 3060 без ti. Rx 6700xt норм карта. По стоимости или дешевле обычной 3060, ос версия типо red devil, sapphire nirto+ и т. д., в голой производительности она наступает на пятки или идёт нос к носу с 3070 и имеет 12 Гб на борту. Своих денег она стоит однозначно.

@@SamRecon actually with a slight undervolt n a slight overclock to the memory it matches the 7900xt,love the 7700xt coz of all the AMD 7000series cards,it's the only one that matches and at times beats the 4060ti 16gig even in RT

Less generated heat is always better. But pricing it above $250 is just 👎👎👎 (Not to mention the contradictory of giving 8GB to a card with DLSS FG? WTF NVIDIA?!)

I do not understand the logic of this comparison. The 6700XT was fighting the RTX 3070.

It's always a bad idea to test RT on AMD cards.Other than that 6700XT beats 4060 and even 3070 is raw price to performance comparison. 8gb GPUs are already dead at this point

@@sherrifraynor3170 I have 6700 xt. Undervolting it does amazing job for saving power. It goes from default 180W to undervolted 120W, and not crashing in games that I play on 4k resolution.

@@z0rden_ 4060 is rougly a RTX 2080, but with better RT and DLSS. So, taking into account games like Battlefield V required an 2080 to run RTX properly, you can now play these games RTX with a 4060. It holds even path tracing here. IMO.

@@Rafael-dm9mm bf5 is a real old game so I’m sure they dont support path tracing+in cyberpunk 4060 gets 40 fps with path tracing who wants to play cyberpunk with less than 60 fps? (Cyberpunk have great implementation,think how worse can it get in portal rtx)

The RX 6700 XT is a very good card for retro-style gaming. When it comes to modern games with ray tracing, it is simply destroyed by the RTX 4060. I really didn't expect a card with only 115w TDP to humiliate a card with 230W TDP.

Lol, you like playing at 30fps? And how different did those games look? Yeah I didn't see much either. Ray tracing is the future and they've been saying that for a half decade now but until that finally arrives, raster is king and at $300 so is the 6700 XT.

@@lewzealand4717 What do you want to say? I can play (with my RTX 4060) Cyberpunk 2077 at 1080p with ultra ray tracing at 100 fps. Who cares that the RX 6700 XT gets 2-3 fps faster in rasterization? Do you think those fps matter when the difference in ray tracing is more than double?

​@@mikymouse7525 This video does not show 100fps. If you want to turn down other settings and play with all the other tricks like DLSS frame generation just to get 100fps with RT then that's great. Many people want good visuals with no tricks or play games with no DLSS support and the 6700 XT delivers those fps.

Yeah, AMD is $hit whe it comes to ray tracing. I'm using 6700xt too btw lol. There's a trick if you wana enjoy game with decent RT settings on this card, play it on CRT monitor and add little bit magic from lossless scaling 2x. Personally I love CRT, black level comparable with pricey amoled monitor, doenst need HD/2K/4K, at 1280x1024 it looks awesome. There's an input delay from scalling, but for single player game I can live with that. Thats how I play alan wake 2 on max settings + high RT @ 55-70fps.
