RwandaAir treated me like a king. I have told the story over and over. I abandoned my onward journey back home and my passport was stamped and went into Kigali for two days.My next holiday trip is to Zanzibar will definitely go with R_Air.

I love this airline. Initially when it was booked for me by my agent I was very upset but later found out I was really going on excursion 😁From Nigeria -Kigali-Mombasa before heading to Dubai. I really enjoyed my trip eventually. Nice airline👍

I flew with them from Johannesburg to kigali and from kigali to Kinshasa. The service was great keep up the good job

I’ve had two flights with Rwandair, highly recommend them. Hopefully I’m going back to Rwanda soon, they’re definitely my favoured Airline. 💪🏽🇷🇼

Thanks for sharing! I had the same experience in Accra! Boy, was that man SOOO ANGRY! It was like he was the bestowed guardian of the aircraft or something! Perhaps it's a cultural difference between East and West Africa - seems like with the bloom of aviation in the East (KQ, ET, WB), people are more appreciative of the joy of travel.

@@FlightTravels True! even in the inflight magazine (Inzozi) Rwandair promotes this practise in saying you must add #Rwandair or something like that when posting on social medias. 🙂

Terrific report Gavin! You fly so unique airlines to such exotic destinations that makes me jelous.... They provide a really decent inflight service indeed, much better than european carriers, where you get almost nothing on similar lenght routes. Well done as usual!!. Have a great day my friend!

great review as always - and glad you had a good experience flying with them because when I flew from Nairobi to Kigali the service both in the air and the ground staff were both poor. It was a disappointment as I was really looking forward to the experience

Sorry to hear about your poor experience with RwandAir - and considering the short sector! The cabin crew on my 3 flights with them were surprisingly, very professional and nice. Only gripe was my baggage delay.

The cabin crew are doing a nice job..only the airline should do something about delayed baggages which is very irritating and delayed flights

I travel from Abuja Nigeria through Rwanda to Dubai 4th of this month. It's 3 months visa, and my ticket is 2 ways tickets. Now I want to go back to Nigeria by the end of this month. I don't how to go about it. I have been calling rwandair customer care number, buy they are not responding to my calls. I want to know how to go about it.

I would never take that company the country is head of the French speaking world and they have services in English only though connecting Paris, Dakar etc. Besides the food served in economy class from what I have seen is not really palatable. I would avoid at all costs. No respect for customer that is what I think about the company.
