Totally appreciate Sonny's amazing sense of humor and his massive respect towards people of different ethnicities and cultural/religious backgrounds despite where they come from, despite their circumstances and how they live! Struggle food?it sounds like your mind is not okay, like you don't know a healthy diet,I eat most of these every day and i am not struggling,i had realized why people back in the time lived so long and healthy is cus of this food, they ate to live and not lived to eat.when you live to eat you eat everything regardless of whether the food is healthy or not but when you eat to live you only focus on healthy food that was the mind of our ancestors hence why they kept the healthy diet and passed it on,i have been eating this food for years now and my immune system has improved a lot and for that reason this is what we feed our kids too and they no longer get sick easily.

As a African who has also been in Europe and resides in NYC, you deliver premium content that would be Emmy nominated if it was on television. The episode in Lagos and many many others were better than anything else any food cable channel ever produced. Keep up the good work Sonny and team! @youtube, this is theft! I was somehow confused when you were in Zimbabwe where meats were eaten , I am surprised to see you in my country@Rwanda where our foods are not eaten only on plates or dishes, we used also to traditional dishes dug from tree, tree calabash to drink on sorghum beer, grinding traditional machine to grind cassava leaves known as ISOMBE etc... Any way thank you for your video and i hope that i will know many countries culture food via your channel.
