RWANDA MASS BURIAL, 1995 PART 3
Click to Subscribe: / owanapaedia & turn on notifications to find out when I upload new videos.
On 7th April 1995 at the first anniversary of the Rwanda Genocide, or Kwibuka, when the victims of the genocide were laid to rest, Uganda was represented by Her Excellency Nalongo Dr Specioza Wandira Naigaga Kazibwe, who was vice president of Uganda from 1994 to 2003.
The shortest speech of the day was by Vice President Major General Paul Kagame, whose depth of feeling needs no emphasis. His speech was followed by an apology from the United Nations Organisation, whose famous peacekeepers had fled Rwanda when trouble started.
At the end, Uganda’s Vice President Mama Spe Wandira Kazibwe bravely toured the sites where the mangled and putrefying corpses of the genocide victims still lay in profusion.

Because some people lie all the time about Rwanda. They had no problem committing all those mass mmmurrrdderrs; it’s obvious that lying is nothing to them.

@Gsr Badell absolutely...Whitewashing history is dangerous....Tutsis had dominated n enslaved hutus for centuries yet Tutsis are the minority...this is a fact no matter how much Kagame tries to water it down
The video just proved who was in charge. How can a vice president give his speach well after the president his boss and the guest of honour? Well i must say Dr Kazibwe is a brave woman!!!

@genghiskhanye

You Interahamwe guys used civilian refugees as human shields and refused to evacuate the camps because you were afraid to return to the villages where you committed the crimes of genocide. Never complain about Covid when you refused to wear a mask!

Some interahamwe are coming out of the woodwork complaining that Kagame did not stop them from raping and murdering their own relatives and neighbors. They didn’t know doing so was wrong, according to them. Only Kagame knew.
@OWANAPAEDIA

Hard lessons indeed.
Kagame could seize Kigali much faster and stop the killings of his compatriots but he never speeded up his advance . He deliberately sacrificed the inner tutsis for Ugandan diaspora.He confirmed it saying to Dallaire "who's fate is to die - will die, if this is a price , we'll pay. "
@genghiskhanye

So you think WHO and world leaders are responsible for half the Covid deaths because they did not speed up the production of vaccines? You clearly do not want them to comply with health and clinical regulations? You know nothing about the military and shame on you for finding excuses for Nazi governments that kill innocent people.

2:53 “We are here today to commemorate on the occasion…the extermination of part of our population and everything we see here today is symptomatic of serious sickness, that has already been mentioned by different individuals, that had eaten our society for a very long time unchecked and it had to culminate into the loss of lives to the tune of a million or so of the people of Rwanda…” The last part sounds like a Hollywood script, not an African “freedom fighter”talking to Africans, about an African genocide of his own people. Who was claiming it was a “million or so” one year on? Without any further mass graves being discovered, as Kagame mentions. Kagame may simply assume there are more, but having been in the midst of it , he would know for sure there are undiscovered graves. Alternatively, that was the number that was agreed on to be needed to be exterminated.
