It seems kind of odd that I'm posting another video that has to do with this generator however I realize that there is a lot of people that watch this channel for small engine repair and Equipment ideas. Well this definitely Falls in that category as this is a small engine powered generator. Now like I mentioned I've already discussed this in pretty great detail on my other channel RV daydream so I wanted to touch base with this Channel foxboss 9 to allow a greater audience to see what I've been doing am how I feel about not only this generator but to explain the differences between open frame generators and inverter generators. Now this isn't a technical aspect this is pretty much my thoughts on having this generator running it and what I had decided prior to purchasing it and how I like it overalls . If you are thinking about purchasing this generator click the link in the description and then shop but make sure that you do your fair diligence as to which generator is actually going to work for you and your lifestyle. I have found that this generator covers over 75% of RV users. And that number maybe even a little low because there's just not a lot of electronics that are on an RV that requires much bigger than this generator and the wattage that it provides. I hope this is helpful and I appreciate you watching.

Great vid. We went with the honda because of the 3.4 gallon gas tank. Like the Champion though.

Rick Resh I probably would have done the Honda also if I planned on running gas only. Especially since Honda offers that extenda tank fittings for some of their smaller generators that may work for the large ones. Thanks for watching

It is a bit strange that a cheaper brand has dual fuel capabilities but not the most prestigious brands. I believe propane is usually cheaper than gasoline but most of the places that don't sell alot of it only do tank exchanges, instead of refills.

I'm surprised that 3060 watts will power all of your needs in your RV. Thats not a whole lot of power. 3060W / 120V = 25.5A

mikey mike well it doesn't. That is if you use it incorrectly. Obviously I'm not going to run my microwave my air conditioner and have my refrigerator running on electricity all at the same time. Nor will I run a toaster oven in the microwave and the refrigerator on electricity. Or any combination of those things. If you check out my full video on this that I have on my other channel rvdaydream, you'll see that I attempt to run the air conditioning and the microwave at the same time with limited success. But nobody is going to buy a 5000 to 6000 watt portable inverter generator for RV use. It's too expensive and too bulky and heavy.
