I have been looking at one of these for my dog in the car. I take him out sometimes in Summer but park in undercover parks. Having a fan for him and the windows slightly down is what I have done in the past, it's a second line of defense in keeping him cool and from people who somehow I am being cruel to him. I have never come back to find him panting, usually he just sleeps in front of the fan.

This is a very good way to keep your fur baby comfortable. Also works great to keep flys off outside. Just remember, what people know and what they THINK they know are two different things.

we have a portable fan as well. good to keep the air moving around the rv. your fan has a lot of nice features.very fun video.

For sure, and sometimes when eating or even sitting outside it's nice to have an oscillating fan keep the bugs away.

Michael, you could sell ice cubes to Eskimos! Speaking of ice cubes, a block of ice or dish of cubes in front of that fan would really cool things down...it moves a lot of air!
