Rae, your comments about your fear of heights being triggered while on the glass skywalk reminded me of the time you two hiked/climbed Angel's Landing in Zion National Park. I remember you both made it all the way to the top, but I also remember how clearly the video captured your unease. Makes me glad folks braver than I am are willing to confront their fears and show me why I will never attempt such feats myself, hahaha.

I wouldn’t have gone on the skywalk. And my husband is afraid of heights. So there’s no way he would have done it. We pretty much stay away from cold places anymore. So if we did have any kind of RV we wouldn’t go there anyway.

I can tell you both were cold out there and wind the person carrying the Canadian flag and trying to walk. Glad they didn’t fall. That glacier was awesome. Sad the glaciers are retreating. They had a sky walk like in Grand Canyon. Nice! Thank you for the tour of seeing the glacier. See you in Jasper. Have a great week! Safe travels.

We were there last June with a caravan group (Fantasy TV). Tour was cancelled due to snow and we were making plans to spend the night in the parking lot. Luckily the roads cleared and we were able to make to the KOA in Hinton. It was raining there and the front entrance has a bridge that was under water by morning. Thanks for the memories.

Always wanted to do the ice-fields, never have, but now i'm at an age where i'm so sick of snow that the only thing that thrills me is seeing green! Lol And yeah, not interested in any kinda skywalk 🤢. So thanks for the tour lol 🍻

Amazed how far the glacier has retreated in the last century as recorded by present civilization. Much less will exist in our lifetime! Certainly a beautiful place! Several vans & rv's spent the night across the street as the park was closed when we passed thru.

That looks like a great, and more economical way to get out on the field than flying out onto a glacier.

ok I feel old. I was on there years ago and they were just transitioning from the tracked vehicles to those with the big wheels. Did you Drink the water? When I was there you could drink the run off water.
