100% that’s a bingo. As was argued in the motion, the case law says it doesn’t matter if the evidence is incriminating or exculpatory. The very act of hiding it (not inadvertently losing it) is enough to overturn or dismiss a case. I think her self-testimony here is to evade criminal responsibility for the actions of Hancock and Poppel. She couldn’t very well take the 5th when cross examined by Spiro. 😂 I mean, she could take the 5th, but that would be so hilarious I might literally die.

This sort of speculation is one of the reasons why I'm angry about the outcome. Even if Alec would be found not guilty by his peers no one would be asking if he paid bribes. Now he's going to have this hanging over his head despite the fact the prosecutor obviously hated him and brought the charges to try and punish him. We all deserved better.

When you find yourself in a hole, stop digging, and this prosecutor should have realized that. Her only concern was nailing Alec Baldwin by any means and getting her gold star. I am glad someone on his team really paid attention to all the evidence the prosecution tried to buried.... And just maybe, in this case, truth is stranger than fiction.. that the set of Rust was actually sabotage by an unknown individual. Hannah, at the very least, deserves a new trial

As gunhandler on the movie it was her job to make sure all handling of guns was done safely and by the book. If the gun had been fed real amunition by someone, she should have discovered that when checking the gun, before handing it to Mr Baldwin. If she didn't notice the gun was loaded with actual bullets, that is gross negligence. So this information being known might harm her case significantly. Actors are not always gun experts, therefore they blindly have to trust that the weapons they are being handled by a gunhandler are harmless when being given to them.
