I remember when I was in the service and was called over by a senior officer and he laid into me for something?? After about a minute or so other offices came over to see what the problem was, I turned around and said to the abusive officer and said to him that his beath stinks and please do your teeth before coming to work,, He actually had DRINKING problem and just wanted to make a scene in front of his other officers at my expense.. I reported it and he was discharged in the next two months after being charged yet again for being drunk...

This scene that Prigozhin was going towards Moscow was pure SHOW. It was a theatre that was planned between Prigozhin and Putin.

The negative attitude of the military does not mean they want to go home; it may be that those who want to escalate the war have more leverage that they did before.

Here's something I wrote back in January. The only thing I didn't anticipate was Lukashenco's interference in the debacle. "Another unexpected turn of events might be at the very top of Putin’s regime. Shoighu has Putin’s confidence at the moment, they are old friends, but Prighozin is extremely critical of Shoighu and the two don’t get on. Surovikin is a friend of Prighozin so there is a possible split of loyalties on the horizon. Putin and Shoighu against Prighozin and Surovikin. If Shoighu moves against Prighozin because he’s getting too big for his boots then Surovikin and Prighozin could gang up and make a play for the leadership. Putin would have to move against his leading general and Prighozin and protect himself from both. I said a while back that Putin had made a big mistake in giving Surovikin complete command of the army. Surovikin could order an attack against the Kremlin to try and take control and the way the Russian soldiers are feeling at the moment he wouldn’t be short of recruits seeking revenge. Something is about to break and it could be in the Kremlin itself". Lukashenco could be playing a smart game for himself. Who is going to supply Prighozin with weapons if the source is not from inside Belarus? Putin has to starve Prighozin of weapons which ergo means he will have to stop weapons going to Belarus. Lucashenco will either have to give Wagner what they need from his present supplies or buy them in from elsewhere. It also puts Lukashenco in a head-to-head with Putin. Perhaps that is what he secretly wants i.e. to rid himself of the Russian yoke and he sees Prighozin as the catalyst to do it. Putin must be scared to provoke Proghozin further which means that Lukashenco has a shield against Russian manipulation. He's just got himself a private army. And he's pulled this off by claiming that he's done Putin a favour! It's a mute point whether Lukashenco will control Prighozin or whether Prighozin will be the boss. Lukashenco is a cunning fox alright but he may have overreached himself but either way I bet he's laughing his socks off at Putin's expense.

The entire Bill of Rights, in one way or another, protects us from things like this. Shame that some want to pick and choose these days. They are all important.

In my opinion if Prigozhin waited right before he entered Russia to announce his "Special Military Operation” against Shoigu/Putin and the call to arms to join him, and Wagner just blitzkrieged to the Grand Kremlin Palace then it's very possible Prigozhin could of took Moscow. A lot of people forget that Wagner are not only most of Russia's best trained/most effective troops, also more importantly they are battle hardened against poorly trained conscripts and Russian National Guard who most of which hasn't experienced actual combat. Plus very soon after Prigozhin made his coup announcement the Storm-Z Troop units publicly announced their loyalty to Prigozhin and were ready to fight alongside Wagner. Although I don't think he could hold Moscow for very long unless more troops joined his side. However once Prigozhin took Moscow and he made a video/tv broadcast asking the Russian people and military to join him while Prigozhin is standing at the same podium that Putin stands behind while addressing the nation, then it's most likely game over for Putin. Prigozhin standing behind that podium sends a very powerful message to the Russian people, I really think after seeing that the people and military would stand with Prigozhi, and definitely the military if he told them that they will all be leaving Ukraine and coming home alive.
