Unfortunately, I believe it always will because a time in which all people agree on all things will never exist; there will always be conflict. And agreement takes 2 people for it to work, whereas it only takes one of the parties to escalate/aggress. The only thing that will change are specific tactics in how war is fought. It is unfortunate that it is not as simple as choosing peace over war :(

Russia is 40 times larger than Texas but Texas's economy is twice as large as Russia's. Russia has 150 million people while Texas only has 29 million people. My six year old son saw me cried, he asked why I was crying? I answered I was watching the news about the war. He asked what is war? I replied war is when people are killing people. He replied "That doesn't make any sense to me!" ....the innocence of a little human, soon the future of humanity. The children and the people will suffer at war... War is what the government wants, not what the people want. We don't want our children to witness another tragic war.

Trust me, WW3 will come, this is only the start, remember that Russia attacking Ukraine because its used to be Russia territory too? And China would look to expand its power on South China Sea when everyone busy, and war on South East Asia might come in near future.
