Russia claims to have made fresh inroads in Kharkiv as it continues to pound other areas of Ukraine. Kyiv says it attacked Russia's military targets over the past 24 hours. The Russian Defence Ministry says its forces are now in total control of a settlement in the Luhansk area in eastern Ukraine while strikes continue in Kharkiv.
