To the best of my knowledge, ruSSia is the only country in the world to change its laws and legalise domestic violence (2017?) How very mucho!

Optimistic.
Perfect if they don't have any economic and financial issues, economic safety for themselves and their children. But if we see single mothers with four children or more in misery, nearly starvation in the countryside, it's an enormous slap on the irresponsibility and hypocrisy of the Russian state and society, and the Russian orthodox church.
