That's how conspiracy theories work. They have *some* truth to them - that's what makes them feel authentic, because people can google it and see proper results for it, from reputable sources. But that truth is twisted and applied in completely ridiculous and false ways to reach a conclusion that has nothing to do with reality. If you get down to particle physics, teeeechnically everything vibrates. So the claim itsself isn't wrong, but like your 3+3=33 example, it's applied in the wrong way.

The EU was always a convenient punching bag for everything people didn't like. Telling your citizens for two whole decades that an organization you are part of is horrible and bad and constantly makes mean decisions just to bully them WILL have an effect eventually.

This is how I think she connected the dots; The way enzymes work to digest food is similar to how vaccines help protect against viruses. Enzymes denature at high temperatures. When something changes state as it heats up and the particles vibrate. So she thinks that vibrations and heat are interchangeable things. She maybe thought that to have a microorganism inside you they have to have the same vibration frequency as you. And for some reason she was lead to believe that we don't. Basically she connected unrelated science together and formed an easily disproven theory.
