Now at least one there is low life (not to mention large slabs of the lost audience)...and it isn't Parkinson. The interviewer is a twit that let this POS loose.

11:16 still seems very relevant. Brand seems to ask "Why did nobody stop me?" and Parkinson gives him a very, very clear and logical reason. The fact that nobody stopped him didn't mean to say his behaviour was acceptable, just that people were too frightened to put a line in the sand.

I don't think Parkinson thought much about Mr Brand.

It's sad to see the great Michael Parkinson there who has engaged in such interesting and stimulating interviews being confronted by little more than noise and ego.
